Great experience. Miguel, the owner of Elite Painting, visited us for an initial inspection and consultation, understood our goals for our exterior painting and staining project, presented us with several options concerning paint, and was prompt about returning the winning bid. The estimate was well under the competition. He and his assistant worked diligently when they could -- we had very high winds that inhibited any painting effort nearly every day for two weeks -- and he was diligent about communicating with me by phone and also via text, to understand if our weather was appropriate to continue, and to notify me when they would be arriving. I never felt surprised at any point in the project, and was never left wondering how or if the work would be done. It all went according to plan (excepting the winds, and we worked around that issue). Once the high winds were no longer a factor, the job promptly finished. I carefully inspected the work and am quite satisfied with the quality and longevity of the painting. Clean-up was thorough and they were careful not to trample our foundation plantings. Miguel was always willing to discuss any detail or question with me, and made certain that I had carefully inspected the final work and was completely satisfied with it. His assistant helpfully completed minor repairs (affixed new soffit vents and removed some unsightly nails the builders left), which saved us significant money because its difficult to find a handyman service that insures their employees for very high ladders or for work while standing on a roof. We were pleased that we didnt have to pre-pay on the work, and felt Elites two-stage payment schedule was fair to us as homeowners and appropriately compensated him and his assistant as the work progressed. Im satisfied with all aspects of our interaction -- consultation, bid, communication, work completed on time, and final inspection. It went smoothly, and I would call Elite Painting first for any future work.

I am very impressed with Elite Painting, and in particular, Miguel Arces communication style and focus on details. When the details revolved around my questions, wants and expectations, Miguel listened intently. When the details were about quality painting, his team didnt spill a drop or miss a spot! And he communicated all the details clearly and completely, utilizing e-mails, texts, and phone calls. I was really, really, impressed and thankful. After all, the devil is in the details! Miguel and his team nailed it... or should I say painted it - promptly, professionally and courteously. No surprises, other than pleasant ones as they were more expedient and compliant than I could have imagined. When I asked for additional caulking between the brick and siding all around the house, and new paint on the duct pipes on the roof - no problem. Elite Painting painted the exterior of our home in August 2014. The 2 man crew never seemed rushed spending about 2 days prepping including power washing, removing old caulk, caulking around windows and repairing siding, as well as spot priming around the house. In addition to the thorough job prepping the house, the work area was kept clean and neat, putting ladders to the side of the house after each work day. I especially liked the way the front door turned out- a nice smooth spray finish. Besides a lost day or two because of rain, they worked right through to finish our house with no delays. Miguel was professional to work with, providing us with 3 options for estimates, a color deck to pick our door color and he offered to come back after completion of the job to do any touch up required as a result of a new roof going on after the paint job. He was always easy to get in touch with if I had questions or concerns. I would hire them again to paint our house.

Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our house. Everything looked professionally done and the crew was very respectful and courteous. From the estimate to the final walk through, everything was very well communicated with our needs in mind. We received several other quotes but chose Elite Painting Colorado because of the professional manner in which the estimate was presented to us and Miguel’s willingness to meet our needs. In addition to the paint, they repaired a damaged piece of siding and replaced several pieces of window trim. They also power washed and stained our deck. He did an excellent job at completing both the interior and exterior of my home. The finished product is stunning and his work is definitely high-quality. We are very pleased with the work that Miguel and his crew did. Miguel was easy to work with through out the process. He put us in touch with a Sherwin-Williams color consultant which was extremely helpful to us in choosing the right color combination. His crew was prompt and worked very quickly and professionally. The cost for painting our house was very reasonable and the Sherwin-Williams paint they used was of excellent quality. Miguel and his crew did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our 2-story house, fence and deck cover. Miguels estimate was prompt and complete. He and his crew worked really quickly. They also worked very clean, which we appreciated. They offered multiple options and prices on different tiers of paint. They power washed the house before they painted. The team was friendly and helpful and worked around another contractor who was slow to complete some siding repairs. They made sure I was happy before they finished. I was pleasantly impressed by the work and everyone involved. I would recommend them.
