My experience with Uncle Bobs was a positive one. I used them to store files from work and for my personal things. I like the 24-hour access, it works with me traveling to and from out of state. I always get a return call when I call regarding billing or information on anything. I once forgot my passcode and had to call late in the day and I had a voicemail with the information I needed when I arrived at 11:00pm at night! Wow..talk about great service! I also appreciate the cleanliness of the grounds and the public bathroom! Free truck rental was just another great reason to go to Uncle Bobs, they treat you like family> or better! They were there to help with all my moving needs down to the packaging tape. And if you ask them upfront about prorating, It can be done! :)

I was informed by an employee that if i needed the storage longer that i would be able to prorate again. I ended up not getting to move in my home on time and was told by the manager angela that i could not prorate a second time and had to pay the full month. I had to pay 87 dollars just to keep my storage for a few extra days, i am not happy that i was lied to about being able to keep my storage longer if i needed to and then be told that i had to keep it until the end of the month. I know the situation could of been handled better and she could of done something but chose not to. Dont store here, you will just be lied to just so they can get extra money.

Just to let you all know that UncleBobs in Aurora on Mississippi is the greatest storage you can find!! It is always very clean and secure. They even check your locks for you every day! I was there for two and half years and received superior, caring customer service always!! Angela and Lawry are very special people who conduct themselves always with great integrity, but they have also continuously gone out of their way to help me all this time!! You are the greatest. My choir, The Aurora Singers, has rented out two units from Uncle Bobs Self Storage for seven years with great success! We love how it is easy to access with elevators which are always working and roller carts available to use. The grounds are always clean and well maintained and we always feel safe coming here and trust that our beloved items are in safe keeping. We get a personal experience as well and appreciate how Angela is always efficient and helpful and love how pleasant Doxey is to interact with.

HI, I wanted to take a min. of my time and let you know how pleased I am with the service I received at Uncle Bobs!! I was so impressed with the quality of the storage units, and the knowledge of the staff. The gentleman was very friendly, and knew exactly what I needed for my 3 bedroom storage needs. Im not sure if you do any kind of recognition of employees, but if you do, please extend a BIG THANK YOU to Larry. He makes renting storage units a nice, easy experience.

I called a few places today they were very expensive and short on the phone. I called here very helpful and affordable. I went there to check it out to make sure it would accommodate my needs. The gentlemen there I dont think I got his name. Darn : ( He was very pleasant, took me to see the unit and took the time to fill my needs and explain everything. This place is by far 5 stars. The only place to rent! I have a rental in Maryland and when my sister needed a rental space in Aurora, CO I said Uncle Bobs was the place to go. Angela was extremely helpful, quickly got our account set up, and answered all our questions. I even got a credit on my rental in Maryland for referring my sister. How great is that?

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rates are VERY reasonable, compared to where I stored my property previously. If you are looking for a clean and affordable place to store your belongings, this is the place to go... The bathroom wasnt clean but the storage unit and halls were. The price was very reasonable too. They dont offer a MOVE-IN special but you pay for what you get and I recommend this location
