NEVER EVER use their services. I got exactly what I asked the stylist NOT to do. Just wanted dead ends cut off the back. Some gave framing layers on the edges to the back to form a "U" shape. She showed me what She was going to do and She heard me well and I thought she understood. Then she chopped off layers through my entire head from shoulders back. Im missing HALF my hair which will take a year go grow back (my hair is to my waist). Instead of 2 inches off the lemgth, its almost 6. Instead of a U shape, it was a sharp V. I cant believe I paid for someone to ruin 2 years of growing out my hair for my wedding this next year. My hair wont be back to even half of what it was by then. Absolutely livid!

We called ahead and were told it would be an hour wait. We put our name on a list and showed up 40 minutes into our hour wait. We waited another hour before we got our cuts. About 20 people walked in and walked out while we were there because they didnt want to wait. This place is severely understaffed. And they should estimate how long it will take better. We would have not bothered it we knew it would be 2 hours. We are going to drive into town from now on. Not worth it.

Horrible experience, front desk was so rude when I nicely let her know I was there for my appointment. I made an appointment in advance I was told I might have wait 10 minutes. My appointment was at 1:30, the only hair stylist finished cutting hair even after I had to wait she sat down and was on the computer. I got up and left the salon at 2. They were not nice. Hope this place gets better staff. Now I know why the other salon here was booked for the next 3 days.

Have had a couple hair cuts here, the wait is usually not too bad, but today I decided to make an appointment as I was pressed for time. Apparently appointments mean nothing as I still have to wait for other people just because they arrived here before me. Why not just tell me we dont do appointments.
