I had been going to this place for a long time and the haircuts were always adequate. I dont care much about how my hair looks, just want it relatively well-kept, and for a long time this store accomplished that. Unfortunately, that has recently changed. My last trip, about 1.5 months ago, was absolutely terrible. It was so bad, in fact, that I considered never returning again. The man cutting my hair did not finish the haircut (I had to drive BACK when one of my friends asked why the back of my head was uneven) and he cut me with the clippers deep enough to draw blood and ruin the shirt I was wearing (I also now have a very prominent scar on the back of my neck) and did not even acknowledge that he had done so or apologize when I pointed it out. All of this is neglecting that he did not listen to my instructions and stylized my hair to his own liking. But fine. It was a bad experience, but I chalked it up to a fluke. So today I returned for another haircut in an attempt to stay faithful to an otherwise fine business. Today, I had another awful experience. The woman cutting my hair this time did not listen to my instructions, had the audacity to presume I wanted my beard cut, began to cut it without my permission, and then did so unevenly. I now have to shave my entire beard off or decide to continue walking around like Two-Face. She also elected to use product in my hair without asking or telling me, despite the fact that I am allergic to the compound. I now have an itchy scalp and hives on my head. All I wanted was a damn haircut! I have had a long relationship with this franchise. Unfortunately, I will absolutely never be returning and will recommend to anyone who will listen that they avoid it at all costs. If you want a haircut, do yourself a favor and spend the extra $4 and go somewhere else.

The older woman, very short, and extremely unprofessional, butchered my husbands hair tonight! As you can see from the photos I hope get posted his hair is destroyed! We had to go to Floyds next door to fix the mess! He had to shave off all of his hair to fix her horrible line up. With his profession he cannot go into work the way she had left him! After her hack job hair cut, she left hair all over his face and neck! I had to ask for a towel to wipe him off... That made her mad.. I couldnt believe it! He even made a comment on how she hurt his neck when she aggressively ripped the paper from his neck! Then I noticed how bad the back of his head was and I told her this was unacceptable. She told me I was rude and that she was the manager and had been cutting hair for years and had my husband sit back down in the chair saying she would fix it. I had to yell at her to let him get up because she was standing behind him with her hands on his shoulders screaming that she is the manager and that she can fix it. I demanded he get up and she told us to get out after arguing about how his hair looked fine for about 8 minutes at the counter. She was rude from the moment we walked in but I did not expect this to happen! For your own good.. Get her out of your shop.. The three gentleman who came in during the argument agreed it looked bad and waiting for the young blonde female to finish her cuts to avoid having the same happen to them!

I got a wrong hair cut and the person who cut my hair wrong was not sorry for it and was defending it. he says the instructions were not clear. i have been going to great clips for 2 years in three different states never had a problem, they have the same hair cut listed on file for me this was the first time the person cutting my hair says its confusing and suggests me 4 styles like i am an expert in hair styling. They were very rude to me and I asked them where do i write a feedback e-mail to , i was told find it on the internet. He was not even sorry for giving me a wrong haircut. i tried calling the great clips customer support number, it does nothing just rings. so Customers are not even free to complain if they get a wrong haircut.

I have been to this location around Jan 30, 2017. I would never go back and never suggest this location to anyone. I am a regular guy to great clips, I have been to this location and asked to cut my hair to my regular preferences (leaving length 4 on top and 2 on sides). I was attended by an elderly woman. I guess she did not like my face she left length 2 on all over my head. Trust me I am not a great looking guy, but after the haircut I thought that is the worst shape my face could ever be in. Well I couldnt go back and ask them to put back my hair so I left from there quietly.

I have gone here several times before, but today will be the last. The older lady, BJ, was in a very bad mood. Even before she put the apron on me she was very aggressive and demanding in her manner. I just wanted to get away from her so I said I would wait until the next stylist was available and went back to the waiting area. Upon leaving she was giving me looks, so I asked George (a great stylist) what her name was. I hope her day gets better, but Im staying away.
