After moving to the area about a year ago I tried multiple haircut places. My son and I tried this Great Clips location a couple of months ago and have been using them ever since. I have had other barbers who cut my hair say the way that I like it is very hard to do... maybe because I have fine hair... I dont know lol. But I have had my hair cut mostly by Helen who has always done an amazing job, and my son has had his hair cut by 3 different people who have all done a great job for him as well. All of the staff have been friendly, and we always get in fast. I dont understand all of the negative reviews, but it looks like they are old, and the people that worked there when those reviews were made are probably no longer working there. I am glad I went prior to seeing these reviews as I may not have went if I did.

I got my haircut done by Sara at this Great Clips today. This place is not awful, it is not great, its just OK. If you want to get a precision haircut, for the stylist to take their time and for you to get pampered - forget it. If on the other hand you are in a hurry, on the budget and dont mind the rough treatment (both physically and verbally), this may just be the place for you! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, paid the regular price of $14 plus tip. (If you look hard and long enough, you can probably find a coupon for $3 off.) My haircut looks just fine.

The one guy with dark hair and Middle aged cut my hair and did a messy job. He said his Friday was supposed to be the day before I came in which means that he was working on his day off. So I took it as him not wanting to work and decided to mess my hair up. I did have him go back and clean up some of the messes he made with my cut but still at the end of cutting my hair, I wasnt satisfied with his service. He shouldnt cut hair if he is going to give crappy service like this and customer service.

Checked in online with a 19 minutes wait. Got there with a few minutes to spare and there was another guy there waiting too. An Indian woman and her daughter walked in and demanded to have service in front of both of us--and got it. The lady cutting hair caved to the snotty, selfish demands. I left and made sure they knew, and the Indian woman knew, I dont get inconvenienced but once. Not like that.

I have gone here a few times and its always been as pleasurable as getting a haircut could be. The new management is nice. This time around I got seated with Paul, he cut my hair the best it has been in a long time! Hes not talkative, and I think thats just great. I just want to get my haircut, idle chit chat really isnt my thing. I will be returning to see him again. Keep up the good work!

Went to Great Clips to get a cut the other day. Sara took great care of me. Could not believe how thorough and quick she was. I have been going to full service salons for years (many overrated!) and could not believe how she got exactly what I wanted so quickly and efficiently. Definitely worth it and will definitely go back. The whole staff was really nice and welcoming.

My first time here and the guys are excellent in what they are doing. But, one of the guys is very rude. I came with my son. He looked like we did something wrong to him. Even my son complained that he was pulling his hair hard. When my son finished, he had hair all around his face abd the guy did not bother blow it away. I will never come back to this store.

ATTITUDE OF ONE OF THE STAFF IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE, CLOSE TO UNCIVILIZED. I BELIEVE HAIR SALONS SHOULD BE FRIENDLY ENOUGH AND CARING, BUT I DIDNT SEE THAT EARLIER TODAY. I got my Haircut by Sara and it was awesome. I checked in online and waited 30 seconds to get seated for a hair cut when i arrived. Sara was very courteous and easy to talk to and I explained what I would like for a haircut and she worked her magic. I absolutely recommend this location and especially Sara. Look no further!!!

The new management are a bunch of shitbags. I have never met a bigger dick in my life till i went to great clip. He refused to give me his name. He owns or works there. I do not recommend to anyone including bald men. I should have read the reviews prior to going.

after being in town for a few hours i needed a very simple cut. the gentleman that cut my hair was very inexperienced and i had to go home and fix most of my hair! money wasted. dont let the middle aged man with dark hair touch yours! id give 0 stars if possible

Crappy experience. I should have read the reviews first. Small store in a bad location with a rude staff. Haircut looks like I did it myself. Stylists scissors probably have more of a personality than she does. Drive the extra mile or two to go somewhere else.

Dude, if you see my hair, you cry. Or laugh. They should be ashamed. The guy before me went out complaining. But, stupid as I am, I gave them the chance to cut my hair. It was the last time, never more!

Great service, short wait time, good haircut. Definitely think this place should be rated higher than it is, the rating is what almost kept me away but Im glad I went. Will definitely be back
