I had an absolutely horrid experience at this great clips. I have used 2 different great clips in Parker many times and had good experiences there. I came in with my 6 yo and 9 yo boys. My 6 yo has super wavy curly hair and looked like mowgli from the jungle book so he really needed a hair cut. We did not make an appointment. She said it would be about 20-30 minutes. So we waited and my boys played with a few cars. It was his turn and he was a bit apprehensive about going and the woman cutting his hair snapped at him and said if you arent going to get your haircut I have other customers. At that point I figure wow someone is a little on edge. After 2 minutes I convince him to get in the chair. I told her an inch. I wanted to keep it a bit long but trim it out of his face. She starts to comb and says "looks like you didnt brush your hair" in a snappy way. Then she said, "why dont you like getting your hair cut?" He said "I dont know I just dont". Her response was "well sometimes you have to do things you dont want to and do as your told." Okay I get that, but she was super out of line and kind of nasty about it. TO A 6 YEAR OLD. I tried to calm down until I saw what she did. She cut it ALL off. No more wavy hair. I was ticked. She cut probably 1.5 to 2 inches. She asked me what I thought and I had plenty to say. I told her that she cut too much off and didnt follow my instructions and that you should NEVER talk to a child that way. I am no perfect parent and I get short with my kids, but there was nothing my kid did to deserve this treatment. I can get over the shorter than I wanted hair. I did not tip her after I lectured her on customer service and children. Some kids are more sensitive to things. There were 10 people waiting in there and they all heard it. I would NEVER. EVER. RECOMMEND this place. Go to a different great clips, especially if you have kids.

Went to this location today, I got there a bit early to avoid any line. 9:10 rolls around and they are still not open. Two stylists arrived and continued in a personal conversation. No hello, no sorry we are late, they proceeded into the salon, closed and locked the door and sat down while I waited out side. Horrible professionalism, I will not be back. Supercuts is right across the street, btw.

Bad customer service! The manager was getting her hair done while working and the other employees would sit and talk to her and not help us. Had one employee who wasnt doing anything tell us we will have to wait...! Then I told them how I wanted my sons hair done and they argued with me on what a bad idea it was... Its my son! Dont get your hair cut here.

Worst place to ever go! Lady named Tracy is extremely rude. And why do they have sign in online when you get bumped off after 45 min and they dont do anything about it! They suckkkkkk! And dont even know who their manager is to let me speak to one! Never go to Heritage hill!

They are awesome. Just went to Fantastic Sams theyre terrible. I like Great Clips way more Better customer service and they get the job done. They get it done right. I am going this place for here on out.
