Overpriced suburban salon with POOR customer service, they never want to fix their mistakes, they make you blow dry your own hair and send you home with NO STYLE and WET. They never get the color right from the first time, then you have to ask them to redo it.. Last time the stylist simply DIDNT SHOW UP... they didnt call me or apologize either, nothing! Instead, they suggested me to do my hair with the owner at a lot higher rate. I was in SHOCK... I asked if I could still pay the same rate the other girl was charging since it wasnt my fault that she didnt show up. They finally agreed after arguing with me. The owner was rude and disrespectful, and my highlights came out bad, really bad; so you could hardly see them. I asked if she could add some more, she argued with me for 15 min; then finally did it after making me wait for 40 minutes. Nevertheless, I decided to give it another shot and made appointment with the different stylist a couple months later. Just a few days before my appointment I receive a call from the receptionist of Leigh Ann Spa - she was calling by the owners request to CANCEL my appointment and DENY me in further services. This place is a JOKE. Dont waste your time and money for Leigh Ann!!!

My husband has been getting his hair cut at Post for almost 2 years with the same stylist. Today I was told his stylist will no longer see him due to 2 missed appointments. Post Hair decided as a "business decision" to stop texting at calling for appointment reminders. This is a service perk LOTS of businesses offer including Doctor offices because there MUST be need for the reminders. Yes I understand hair stylist time is important BUT clientele is important too. He paid a salon haircut price and always tipped 15 to 20 percent! And His stylist should have had a nice talk with him about him never missing an appointment again instead of refusing him as a client after 2 missed appointments over the course of 2 years. The service industry has such a revolving door you would think we would value LOYAL customers. We will never go there again and will ask the people we referred there to stop as well.

I have gone to Post Hair twice now and while it is a little more expensive than other places I feel like I get treated extremely well here. Jose was my stylist both times and both times he did an amazing job. I told him exactly what I wanted and showed him pictures of my holiday dress and asked for some color suggestions. He was right on board and put in an extreme effort. It took about four and half hours on my hair but I had to have different sections bleached and then I had a few different shades put in and he even trimmed up my side cut a bit. Even after all of that my hair was still silky and soft because of the care Jose took. Overall very very worth it.

I go to Chelsea at Leigh Ann and she is awesome! She is very honest and does a great job. My hair was long and I switched to Chelsea after a few cuts that left me feeling like nothing was changed and I threw my money away. That was not the case with Chelsea- she gave me a real style and made some nice changes. I recently cut 10 inches off to donate to Locks of Love and Chelsea was very helpful in cutting the right amount of hair off to allow me to donate it and spent a lot of time making sure that my new short cut was exactly what I wanted and that I can style it myself. I love my new cut and am extremely happy with my experience at Leigh Ann.

Jessica Olsen was AMAZING! I went in with a vague idea of the cut I would like, and one picture to go with my idea. She immediately set to work and by the end had completely transformed my look!! Jessica is extremely professional and at the same time down to earth and ridiculously sweet. I dont go to anyone else and dont plan on it any time soon. The girls at the front desk make scheduling a breeze and are always very pleasant and upbeat. I love the decor and overall "vibe" of the spa and will continue to come in for any of my hair styling needs. Thanks for being awesome! :)

I truely believe that you get what you pay for, so yes, if you want a cheap cut, go to cost cutters, but to me it is worth it to spend a few extra bucks for the best hair I have ever had. My stylist is amazing, and I have been to a few at Leigh Anns and all of them were incredible. They really listen to what you want, and all of them take the time to get to know you on a personal level. The staff is so friendly, and no matter what, I know I will always leave happy ;)

For the amount of money I paid, I expected more. All I got done was a trim and even though it turned out well, the service could have been better. The head massage was a minute long and for what I paid for a TRIM I think the massage could have lasted longer. The place I used to go in Littleton offered so much more and cost less. Not impressed. I will drive to Littleton from Centennial to get my hair done if Im going to pay that much for what I got... Boo.

The people upfront at the desk are awful- manager included. I have had 3 scheduling errors with my stylist. All they could offer me was a time with another stylist. I have a stylist I like and I made the appointment with her, and yet in the past several months they have had me down at a different time than the time they gave me on my scheduling card. The staff needs to get their act together. I will not be returning to this salon.

I just received the worst hair cut of my life here. Jose was my stylist it took it an hour to barely cut anything off my hair and give me the worst hair cut of my life. I wouldnt even call it a cut. Then when I tried to complain to the manager she threatened to call the police because I didnt want to pay for such bad haircut. She didnt offer to fix it at all. Worst salon I have ever been to. Dont go here!!!!!

There is no denying that Leigh Anns has some good hair stylist and colorist however CHECK YOUR BILL! If you get your hair colored or any other service that is not a haircut they bump up your bill by $30 for blow drying your hair and dont tell you about it. SHAME ON Leigh Anns for charging people (without telling them or at all) for the common courtesy of a blow dry after they wet your hair.

Dang, once again another hair salon that butched my hair and color. I cried, I havent gone out since I had to completely re dye my hair myself. My hair was past my shoulders should have been able to look like the lob, I showed several pics and color. Instead, its a thick bowl cut. 150.00$ worth. Im so disappointed. I hate everything about my look now.
