They are horrible. Dont even bother going in. They are rude including the manager. So I walked in to this store and ask if they could dry my hair. The lady looked at the board and not my face and said "it is $45 dollars" I said I am not asking you for the price. I just wanted to know if you provide this services. She said yes and advised me to return. I did as was advised and was told I needed to wait another hour. I left and return in an hour and the store was empty with no clients. The Manager who told me to return in hour now informed me she doesnt dry hair with extensions. I was like really? You made me waitef for three hours to tell me my hair couldnt be done?. She pretty didnt want to touch a black persons hair. Stay away from this store in particular. The store manager is rude and treat people like crap. If you are old or a minority you will not be treated right.

On the one hand,my dissatisfaction is mostly my fault. I usually know better than to go to franchises to get my hair cut, but I chose convenience today and paid for it. If I had gone to a proper barber, perhaps my beard trim would have used some sort of moisturizer or at least a little water. it probably would be a nice, even cut, too. (By the way, moisturizer would have prevented the razor burn too). I wouldnt have had to dispute how short I want and clarify it 4-5 times. And perhaps another stylist wouldnt have had to show mine how to blend my haircut and keep me from looking like a damn mushroom. I feel like my money would have been better spent on getting my own clippers and doing it myself.

Worst salon ever! Manager was very rude and the gal who cut my hair did a below par job even for a beginner. She also didnt even introduce herself. So glad I didnt leave a tip. I shouldve listened to my friends and not go there but it was close and I was in a hurry. Never again! If you want a quick haircut for a reasonable price there are plenty of places to go. This salon does not deserve your business. If you see good reviews you can be sure they were posted by an employee or that manager. A customer who left after me mentioned to me in the parking lot that the gal who cut his hair must be having a bad day. I told him theyre always having a bad day. He said he wont be going there again.

Banchu is a great stylist, i believe she did a good job of what i asked for. However from my experience, she didnt have the patience to provide proper costumer service causing my vist to feel unpleasent. One Example; I asked for the back of my hair to be a tiny bit trimmed lower and she had a bad attitude about it. Thinking i pissed off someone cutting my hair i had no idea how i should act, (i didnt want to end up having to shave my head). I was a little nervous and after we cut the hair she just wanted me to leave, she didnt even try to help me style my hair before leaving. Dont think i want to come back, ill have to really think about it.

I went here the other day and got a haircut from a lady who could barley see out of her glasses. The whole time she kept talking about a guy named Jason? and most importantly listened to none of what I said on how to cut my hair. Given, I did come an hour before it closes but please keep in mind that we live with the haircut you give us. The whole time I felt as though she was trying to push me out of the store. If I had walked out when she thought she was first done, I might as well have shaved my entire head to save the humiliation. Im never coming back here again.

I have not been into this store for maybe 7 years, last time I was there the manager at that time (Young Kim) cut my hair exactly as I liked it cut and she was very personable and friendly. After reading the 2 reviews above Young must not be there anymore because not only her but the crew she had working were all very friendly - I would give it a double 5 star. If Young is no longer there then Great Clips lost a Great Manager - John from Las Vegas!

Banchu was incredible. She trimmed my hair last night and it turned out lovely. My hair grows very slow, it is also curly and I am terrified to get it cut. She listened, and didnt take more than three quarters off my length. She also suggested to cut it dry. Which was a wonderful suggestion. We had a lovely conversation. She got me in and out very quickly. Next time I come in, Ill be getting a full haircut with layers by her. Shes incredible!!

I have noticed a few negative reviews for this location and have to say from my personal experience, never have I had a bad experience or results. All personal have treated me kindly and with respect. I travel on occasion and in some cases I am away from home on extended visits to other states and have Great Clips haircuts while there. Allways treated well with good hair cut results.

I love my long hair but I know I have to go in and get it cut everyone once in a while to keep it healthy. I explained to the girl that I only wanted no more than an inch cut off my hair by the time I walked out of the saloon I had four inches cut off my hair. Needless to say I will never go to great clips again!!!!

Chose to go here because its close to my work and I had an hour to kill. Usually go to the one up in Wheat Ridge. Ive always been told to never stray away from the people that usually cut your hair. Shouldve listened. Have worn a hat since.

All of the staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful, Tram (I hope I spelled that right), cut my hair and she was fantastic. Its great to find people who are skilled at cutting womens hair short, its hard to find!

Banchu is the the best. She gave me an excellent hair cut and excellent customer service! I am very pleased after having a real bad experience at the Great Clips on Bellview and Yosemite.

Im disappointed that there doesnt seem to be loyalty by the stylist you prefer and when you get someone different the cut never ends up the same.

I only see Annie (Asian lady)... she is awesome!!! I love it especially when they send you those coupons for $6.99 haircuts. Cant beat that!

I got my hair trimmed by Annie, and she took her time and cut it very evenly throughout. Ask for Annie she knows what shes doing.
