I LOVE her! Recently I went to a salon and spent over 400 dollars on what was supposed to be a balayage from a "balayage expert". My hair was ruined. The girl killed my hair from over processing. My hair was orange dead and brassy. I was devastated. I reached out to Natalia and showed her how damaged my hair was. She sat down with me and gave me suggestions on how to help the state of my hair weeks before my appointment. After my first appointment she made my hair look alive again. She has so much knowledge about what she does and is the most kind hearted person. Instead of promising me unrealistic results she actually told me how my hair was really going to come out to be because of the severe damage that had been done previous to seeing her. After just one appointment she made my hair look gorgeous again! I asked her opinion on what kind of color and cut I should do and her face lit up with excitement as she threw out some suggestions. Not only is she amazing at color but she is ridiculously good at cutting hair. She is such a talented woman and will forever be my stylist from this point on!

Natalia is the sweetest and the most talented hair dresser Ive ever been to. Ive always had bright blonde hair and Ive been wanting more of a natural balayage and every where I went no one would never listen to what I asked for and did what they wanted instead. I always ended up hating my hair even more afterwards than before walking into the doors. I would spend a lot of money to only hate my hair and then go home and color it back solid blonde myself. I was tired of not finding an amazing stylist and frying my own hair. Natalia asked what I was wanting and listened to my needs and see delivered more than I could ever imagine. I cant explain enough how happy I am with my hair and thankful for the beautiful work by her. My sisters and mom LOVE my hair and wish they lived in CO too to have her do their hair. Coming from a lot of experience from many different hair stylists, Natalia stands above any hair stylist out there. If I could rate her for a million stars I would! My hair is beautiful and now own its way back to being healthy.

I have never been treated as badly as I was by Natalia. She made me feel unworthy of coming to her. Natalia thinks her way is the only way anyone should get their hair done, and refuses to listen to what the customer wants. I told her I wanted bangs and she REFUSED. She told me "to live with the cut she gave me for a week and if I still wanted bangs to come back and "she" would give them to me for free". So I did, and she still didnt do what I asked. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted and she refused. I also asked her for layers and she literally gave me layers in the last inch of my hair. I asked her if she could do them so people could actually see them. My mom went to her for Balayage, and actually called the woman who trained her in NY, in front of her, to get the formula correct, and Natalia responded "My way is better." And it wasnt. Neither of us will be going back. Dont waste your money, but more your hair trusting her.

I drove an hour to come see Natalia because I had seen good reviews on Google. I walked in 10 minutes before my consultation and she was working on someone else. She mugged me from the minute I walked in & asked me what I needed. She stopped working on her client and asked me to sit down and show her a picture of what I wanted, so I did. The first thing she does is raise her voice & say "thats not my work!" I asked her if she could still do something similar and she said no. And then she told me "does that answer all of your questions?" Practically kicking me out of her studio. Im a Hispanic woman & I have never felt so discriminated before. I dont know if it was the fact that I didnt show her a picture of her work or she just saw me as a poor Hispanic that cant afford her work. She was rude and racist, NOT professional at all. Not even worth my gas.

Ive been getting my hair cut and colored by Natalia for close to 2 years now and she is amazing! I came to her with very damaged hair and she knew exactly what to do to get it back to looking and feeling healthy. Natalia is known for her balayage hair color which Ive had done by her as well and its so beautiful and natural looking! I also love the way Natalia cuts my hair. I have naturally curly hair and she does really well with curly and strait hair. The one thing I love about Natalias hair cutting skills are that her cuts last. What I mean by that is that I only get a cut every other time because my hair doesnt need it because her cuts are that good! I highly recommend Natalia she is an absolute pro at hair color and cutting!

I have been going to Natalia since 2004, she is amazing at what she does! She uses LOreal Professional, the best quality hair color and knows what shades to choose for your skin tone and eye color. She truly cares and takes the time to make sure that you look fabulous and love the way you look. I recently tried the Keratin treatment and that was one of the best decisions!!!! It made my hair much easier to style, it looked healthier and the color lasted even longer than usual! I always get compliments about my hair and everyone asks me where I go to get it done. I highly recommend Natalia. She is a true artist when it comes to hair, both the aesthetics and ensuring that it is the healthiest it can be.

Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a hair dresser! I dont usually write reviews but in this case I just had to. Natalia not only made me feel so out of place but also after telling her what I wanted from the cut, she gave me so much attitude that I was contemplating weather to leave or stay.Throughout the whole cut she would roll her eyes at me as if she was so annoyed at the fact of her having to cut my hair. While blow drying my hair, she was so ruff that I had an extreme headache the whole day after. If the cut was at all good I would not even bother with this review, unfortunately it was absolutely the worst cut I have yet to have gotten. I now need to go elsewhere to fix what she did.
