***UPDATE** I ended up calling the manager and she refunded the money, as well as offered to fix it herself. The situation was handled quickly and I appreciate how she handled it. I still wont give a better review, as the cut was so so bad.*** Review: I wish I could give a better review… The employees were all nice enough but my sons (I brought in both of my little boys) cuts were TERRIBLE!!!! I showed a picture, on my iPhone to one stylist and she basically told me she couldnt see the picture, then proceeded to put on glasses and hold the phone/picture 10 feet away from her face. I literally thought "this should be fun". She was cutting my 3 year olds hair, and she did a great job of trying to distract him. For whatever reason, he hates getting his hair cut, so he cried almost the entire time. I am not saying that it would be easy cutting a crying kids hair, but it shouldnt be this bad either. I have NEVER, EVER seen such TERRIBLE lines! Not a SINGLE straight line, and I am NOT exaggerating! I sincerely wish I could post a picture on here. When we left, his hair was still wet and looked decent enough. After it dried? Oh my word. AWFUL. And no, I did not give them a chance to fix it… WHY would I go back there!??? My 5 year old did great, not a whimper and his hair looks decent, but there is practically a bald spot on the back of his head, and its uneven as well. It is safe to say that I will NOT be going back. I did tip both ladies, as they were nice… however they didnt truly earn the tip because they did not do a good job.

My husband and I went I yesterday to get our hairs cut. We had a 20 m8nute wait, which is fine. I got called back everything is all good. My husband got called back just as i was finishing my cut. He was at the wash bowl when I got up. I paid for our cuts on a card stepped out to our car lit a cigarette, and halfway through that he was in the car ready to go. Mind you it takes 5÷7 minutes to smoke a cigarette. When I looked at him he looked as if he didnt even wash his hair much less cut a single hair. He says that she had a request next and needed to hurry to get to that lady. Since i paid befor both cuts were done i tipped as i would have for a decent cut so she made way more money off us than if i had waited to pay. My bad. But the whole 2 minute cut is not alright not even for a total bUzz cut. Now I will drive to denver to get our ghetto haircuts. They atleast take their time.

When in to get a long Bob haircut with layering in the back only. I had pictures of back, side and front that I showed the hair stylist. Worst haircut of my life!! I noticed the layering was going forward too much I asked her just layering in the back right and she said yes and stopped the layering as soon as I said that. Also, haircut was way too short and very uneven! One side much longer and very noticeable from the other and the layering is horribly towards the front of my head nd again one side longer than the other! I had hair to my mid back so for her to screw it up this bad was unacceptable, this was in July and my hair has yet to grow enough to be able to fix it completely. Laura did a horrible job!

There is a lot to be said for customer service. I love my stylist at this place, but Im now looking for a different place & stylist. Why? The girl that answered the phone was obviously busy and stressed out. When I said, "yes, I need to see about making an appointment" she abruptly responded "with who". When I then said to her, "um, you know what, you sound really busy, so Ill call back." she said, "yah, were busy". Note to girl: no matter how busy you are, your customer on the other end should NEVER know that. Not sure what you would have charged for a color, cut and blow out, but I guess someone else will get my hard-earned money.

I love the salon!!! Everyone is friendly and my stylist Robert is absolutely amazing, the salon always looks clean, my cut/highlight is always perfect and the people are awesome. I have been to other salons in town and none have the atmosphere/skills like this one. I highly recommend them.

I was able to walk right in and get a cut, highlights and dry under and hour and I was out the door. Great job on my hair. The owner was at the front to great. Loved that he let me know he owned the store.

Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for a Regular Haircut, long on top and tapered in the back and sides. I received nothing I asked for. Instead, I got a buzz cut, that I could have done at home for free.

Be Warned. Stylists here have their own idea of how they want your hair to look. Consequently, they will not listen to what you ask of them. Be as specific as you like... they will not listen.
