**UPDATE** Amber, the salon manager called me and apologized profusely. She was extremely accommodating and professional. She offered to fix my hair for free but given Im kind of leery about using them again, I asked if a refund would be possible and she said it was. I probably wont go back for a haircut but Amber made me feel much better about everything. Its really nice to see a salon take care of customers like that.** Wow, I have never been more upset about a haircut in my life. The entire time I spoke with my stylist, I kept repeating to her, "my hair is incredibly thick, I need lots of layers and to have it thinned out." It didnt matter how many times I told her this, she dismissed my comments, insisting it was fine, even when I ran my fingers through and asked for more. As far as a "consultantation" that the salon boosts about, there was none. I asked her opion on full bangs and she replied, "I dont know its your call." I asked her what she thought was something fun I could do to switch it up without crazy colors (I work in the medical business) and she said, "Well theres not much.." Really? Ive gotten better feed back from a Super Cuts. I know she was busy because the entire time, she was bouncing between myself and another patron. But if youre too busy to give me your attention, then please have another stylist work on me. She left to take a phone call as well. When I was told it was going to be $57 I almost lost it. I hated my cut but thought, maybe if I go home and style it the way I like it, it wont be half bad. Boy was I wrong. My layers were not straight or even, my bangs are incredibly short and NOTICEABLY uneven and poorly cut, the face framing I really insisted on was non-existant.. I called the store, a bit upset and asked about a refund. The very young lady who answered gave me the run around until I asked her to leave a manager a note since there seemed to be no management or supervisor on site today. Over all, this was an awful experience. Now I have to go to another salon and get my hair fixed. If management is polite and tries to work with me, maybe Ill change my review, but as of right now, this is a complete joke.

Went to this location on Friday 5/6 with my 3 kids and mom. Was the worst experience ever. Kids are definitely not welcome at this store. I was being followed the whole time I was there. Had 3 obnoxious women ask me if I was doing okay. One of them even came out of the salon to follow me. Never will be going back. Sephora is so much better, have never had these issues there. Left after being persuaded like I was going to steal something. They need appropriate training as they all seem very unhappy and make customers feel very unwelcome.

I was in the store for about 20 minutes looking at the makeup when I noticed one of the employees, Pati, following me around the store. I started in the Tarte Isle swatching eyeshadows and moved to the Nyx section browsing as she continued to follow me. As I moved to the skin care section I noticed she called a security gaurd and they both followed me around the store. After I bought my products she watched as I walked out the door. Needless to say, Ill be using another ulta.

The employees are pretty helpful and they are good at dealing with all kinds of customers. My only comment would have to be that checkout is /incredibly/ slow. I was in line for nearly twenty minutes and there were only two people at the registers. Staffing and management seems to be a big issue.

Ive been coming to have my hair colored monthly by Jamie for 2 years, and have always had super service with great color at the Orchard Store. The stylists are cool, fun girls and the salon is always kept clean and organized. They take care of me!! Love it here and will keep coming back. -T

Wish there was another Ulta closer to my home. This place has the most unfriendly staff and quite honestly their inventory available stinks! I go for pretty specific items and i usually end up leaving without them.

The district manager, Jacque is extremely helpful and professional. I had a few issues at this store but when addressed they were handled immediately. The girls there are polite and helpful.

Their coupons are highly deceptive and dont work on anything hardly. I felt deceived by its fine print. Better prices elsewhere on almost everything. Fail.

Best Ulta in the Denver metro area. Ask for Charlotte if you are getting your hair cut! She is the best.
