I went to GC yesterday. I asked for a blow dry and they charged me $40.00 to blow dry my hair! When I asked them why it was so much they said that because they considered it a "style"....style? I just got out of the shower today and let my hair AIR dry as I have straight hair and it looks 100% the same. No one told me that I was getting charged for a style, all I asked for was to dry my hair because I was going to luch after the cut. Bad job managing expectations, horrible customer service when I voiced my consern with the charge, bad representation of how buisiness should be ran. My family will never go back.

No a bad place to get a hair cut, mine is pretty easy. In and out pretty quick. There were some interesting people standing out side but didnt cause any trouble. I have been to some of these no appointment places that have butchered my hair so i was impressed.
