If I could give zero stars I would. I took my daughter in to get her hair cut today. I asked that she trim 2 inches off the bottom and to please make it even with no layers. Not only did my daughters hair come out completely uneven but the stylist/owner also put in layers when I specifically asked for NO layers. I took my daughter home to straighten her hair and that is when I noticed how uneven her hair was so I called and asked for my money back since I did not trust that the stylist/owner was capable of giving a decent hair cut let alone correct a messed up hair cut and she told me "No I will not give you your money back because I already worked on her" and then she hung up on me. I have never received such terrible customer service in my life. I will never come back here again. Service is terrible and so are the haircuts.

I almost hate to tell you how much I enjoy this place for fear that it will be swamped with new customers. I have been getting my haircut here for years and years. The convenient location on Constitution near Powers is easy to get to, and once here you will find a nice soothing atmosphere without the noise and hassle so many hair salons suffer from. I can settle in the chair and relax as Chang consistently gives me a great haircut. Again, notice I said I have been coming here for Years, its because of Chang (the owner and stylist :) So while I want to tell you how great the Constitution Family HairCare experience is, please dont show up during my appointment, since I like it nice and quiet.

I have come here a couple of times and I do feel like I get a very quality hair cut every time I come. Although, I read online that theyre prices were $18 for a womans haircut, the prices are not listed anywhere in the salon and when I went to pay she charged me $40! For just a simple hair cut, nothing more. She intentionally charged me more to get more money and to see if she could get away with it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was a very good haircut, but not worth $40. I will not be coming back, especially since she is obviously dishonest.

Chang is awesome at what she does! Shes extremely honest, too....she will tell you straight up if your hair is damaged, or if bangs would look terrible on you. She cuts hair while wet, blowdries hair, then straightens it to make sure there are no uneven hairs. She is very meticulous which is what you want in a hair stylist! Also, very easy to strike up a conversation with!

Chang is a magician! I have taken my son to at least a dozen places ranging from $5-$25 (including some that specialize in children and a few male stylists) and he never had a decent cut until we found Constitution Family Hair Care. Weve been going to Chang for the past three years and have never been disappointed!

One of the best haircuts and styles I have ever received. I dont even live in Colorado Springs any longer, but when I go back I always stop in to have them cut my hair. They take great care in styling and cutting, and they make sure to give the customer what they want. I highly recommend this place.
