I had a GREAT experience here today! Im from out of town and decided to get a cut and some highlights. I was a walk-in and as soon as I went to the counter Sharon came to greet me :) got me all setup and had me in her chair within 15 minutes! Not only did she listen to me about what I was wanting to do but she made me feel right at home! She was SO kind and did an outstanding job on the cut and color! Ill definitely be making the 4 hour drive to see her again! She treated me like family! It was a great experience! ♡

Absolutely terrible service. I came in as a walk-in and sat there for an hour without being acknowledged by any of the hairdressers. The staff does not just lack customer service skills, they lack basic people skills. In my opinion, the make-or-break quality of a good hair salon or barbershop is the quality of conversation you have with the person cutting your hair. Unfortunately for this Master Cuts, there is no quality of conversation. I strongly recommend finding a better place to meet your hair care needs.

I asked for an a line, showed the lady the photo which had about the same length as me, I knew shed have to trim to make the shape. She even checked with me and it would have still landed below the shoulders. She trimmed at least two more inches than asked for and I now have an almost pixie cut. I cried. Its uneven but its not terrible looking.

Went in for a routine trim to loose some length on my sideswept bangs. Bangs are now above my eyebrow, unevenly cut. Still have original length strands she missed. Too short to be fixed. Didnt spend more than 10 minutes. I will NOT be returning nor recommend
