Charli is amazing! I brought my daughter in and she made it a very comfortable experience. She is so professional and took great care of my daughter. The fact that Charli asked me right away if my daughter has a tender head, she made sure she was comfortable. I also love that she had a product recommendation. Such great customer skills.

Friendly employees, quick to greet as you come through the door. Very clean, good service. Gave a 3 because they were unable to get the cow lick cut right. It can be done, and only one place i know can do it. A little more self education, or returning to teachers, will give the stylists the edge they need with hair like mine.

This location generally has a short wait, but it is reasonable and made even less when you check in with the Great Clips app. The employees seem happy with their work and are friendly. Overall, this is the best chain salon in Brighton.
