My husband and I showed up as walk-ins last Friday evening around 5:30. Even though they were busy and had customers checking in online (we did not) they still managed to get both of us in and out within an hour. My long hair was very damaged and seriously needed some TLC. My gal added cute layers in order to keep as much length as possible. My hubby came out looking handsome as ever too. Everyone was friendly and professional and seemed happy to work there. And they have lollipops when youre finished which always adds points in my book ;) thanks ladies! well see you again in 6-8 weeks.

I shouldnt have to say this but the employees need to watch when new people walk in and get them checked in... Not everyone knows or wants to check in online. I waited for 20 min and other people got put ahead of me even though I was physically there before them. This is not right. Quit shoving the responsibilities of your job off on your customers... like every other company in America.

After going to Sports Clips and being ignored for 25 min, drove across the street and had a great experience and cut for my son. The staff was very nice - we were in and out in 20 min and saved a few bucks on the cut. Def going to keep coming back. :)

I always check online before I stop in. If the wait is too long then Ill schedule online and wait the estimated time. Ive rarely had to wait long before my haircut when doing it this way.

I had asked for my bangs to be cut Above my eye brows I didnt look till I got home so part of my mistake as well and once hair dryed I found some hair was shorter that I had asked
