So I give 2 stars only because when I first started going there when they first opened they were pretty good. And Meg was great at what she did with my hair. The past several months though, my experiences have gone downhill. The last straw was last night I set an "appointment" for 6:15pm. I get in at around 6:10-6:12 and wait since there were 2 guys in the chairs and only 2 stylists working. Im fine with that. My wife and I chat for a bit. 6:22 rolls around and the 1st guy leaves and one of the girls cleans up the station. My name on their list is next to the number 1, but there is another name at 2. This person is not here. Suddenly a girl walks in explaining that she is with the 2nd guy still in the chair and that the second name on the list is actually for her. So because that guy was there before me they felt they needed to do him and his girlfriend both before me. I tried to explain that my "appointment" time was set for 6:15 and that clearly I am next on the list, but they explain it away as somehow him being here even without his girlfriend entitles her to the next slot. So they mark the second person on the list off as arrived. I got up and left at that point. Ive got better things to do that to wait on consistently tardy "appointment" times. Some other reviewers say youve just got to call or check in online, but that has yet to work for me getting my hair cut in a timely manner. Ive been a customer for 1.5 years, but no longer will I waste my time and money there. Their only saving grace is that all of the stylists that Ive had have been friendly and done somewhere between a decent to a great job at cutting my hair.

I have long awaited the arrival of another name reputable hair salon in Brighton to compete with the likes of Fantastic Sams. Over the years I have been driving to Thornton, Northglenn and Westminster to get my hair cut. I went to Super Cuts this afternoon and unfortunately I found myself so incredibly disappointed. The walk-in system seems broken. As it was explained to me, Super Cuts does not accept appointments. However, once your name is on the list, you are free to leave. If your name is called while you are away, you are simply skipped. Where this becomes an issue is that if you are waiting on these people, your wait is estimated to be between 30 minutes and 2 hours. So, basically I play roulette with my time and I am at the mercy of your waiting system. My stylist this afternoon barely spoke a word to me; rather, she was more engaged with her colleague about wanting to leave work. If you dont want to be there, then leave. The clippings were never blown off of my head. I have been to many bargain salons and I do not recall a time where the hair trimmings were just left on my head ... My bangs were left longer than the rest of my hair - I requested a simple X on the top and X on the sides. The stylist really seemed like she wanted to do good, while at the same time she seemed like she was not trying. I am so disappointed that I went away from my normal (Floyds Barbershop), and I wont be doing that again.

Terrible. We set a 430 appointment and arrived 5 minutes late. I figured it was ok because the staff of 2 were both already cutting hair. We waited patiently until 505 when 1 finally finished. After cleaning she called another woman who was waiting, she was # 5 on the wait list. I asked confused Im sorry, were # 2 and 3 on the list. How does it work? She said this woman had an appointment at 5. I said we had an appointment at 430. She said oh, well I guess its because you were a little late. Like Im going to wait another 30 min with my son for service. Never again. Ive never left a negative review before but I just had to... Go to great clips on Kuner rd

After waiting about 40 min with three people working and only two customers (guys with buzz cuts) ahead of me I’m getting my haircut and notice the workers are all talking about their home remedies for cramps and bloating me and the guy next to me look at each other like hurry up so we can go. Then as its time for one of them to leave (they all were complaining to go home) she takes the hot towel for your face and cleans the floor with it. After two tries to get my sideburns even she went to put it on my face I said keep that towel off of me. I will never be back.

The most horrible experience I have ever had. One of the stylist insisted on giving my daughter an a-line hair cut when I wanted all one length. She swore at my mother and accused us of wanting a discount. When I asked for a manager she lied and said she was one. When I finally got the real manager the stylist called me an fing liar and got in my face. Long story short it was the most disgusting unprofessional place I have ever been to get my kids hair cut. DONT GO HERE!!!

Terrible sevice. Today I came into the brighton crossing location. I was told a 20 minute wait. I have been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. Also the employee with blonde hair asked me to come back another time. Not very friendly or professional. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone (not even my worst enemy). If you are looking for a good hair cut around the same price and in the brighton area go to great clips on kuner street.

It used to be amazing only because Audi worked there because she has been cutting my hair my whole life, now she doesnt and i honestly miss her but lost her number and everyone else there does chop jobs. Wouldnt ever recommend ever letting Kayla letting cut your hair. Shes the worst hair stylist I have ever had.

Been going here for a year. Theyve had their ups and downs. Today was awesome. The trick is calling and getting an appointment. Itll save you an hour wait. The employees here are great, staffing seems to be an issue. But overall this is a nice place. Just ensure you call. If no one picks up, probably busy.

The haircut itself is all over the place. Some areas are great, others are horrible. One side of my hair is noticeably longer. Also, the lady who cut my hair didnt blow it off, and got it all over my shirt. I will not be going back.

At first this place was great, always had enough people working to get in and get out quickly. Now they seem to always be under staffed and the wait times are way too long. Dont count on the check in app being accurate either.

To each their own but I Definetly love Whitley there and only her. Had another one start and it messed my hair and totally not how I wanted it but Whitley fixed it and Im in love. Second time with her and shes deff great.
