So I originally came to Sola to get hair extensions done. The experience turned out to be a complete nightmare. I of course wrote a bad review when what I should have done was wait and write out of more consideration for the other professionals who work there. So that is what I am going to do. I went to Marnetta Rogers with N.V.U Hair Extensions. She is unlicensed and I was unaware of that until after my awful experience. She refused to give me my money back after all of my extensions fell out after only 8 days of having them in. What I didnt write, however, is about the other girls in that salon. They are indeed licensed professionals. They were unaware of the lack of her licensing as I was. They came to my defense and to my aid. They offered services and products to make up for her short fallings. They went out of their ways to right a wrong that they had in no way, shape or form a part of. A lady named Heather dyed my hair. Another named Ashlee offered to redo my extensions. They just kept coming to me with solution after solution for Marnettas shortfalling. For that alone, I change my review to 5 stars. I have never seen so many caring women band together for a complete stranger. I thank every single one of them from the bottom of my heart and I hope my first review will not cast bad light on them as a whole but on the one, Marnetta, who screwed up. I would like to apologize to each and every single one of them for focusing on getting the news out about Marnetta and not putting them first. You all are so amazing and thoughtful. Sola is blessed to have such wonderful tenants such as yourselves.

Loana is at Sola Salon & runs Unique Boutique and Salon & she is wonderful! I love how convenient it is to schedule with her. She listens to what I want and will give me ideas when Im wanting to try something different. Also she is efficient and I love that too! She has 27 years experience and Ive been seeing her for 2 years. My last highlight/lowlight was my favorite yet!
