Customer service is horrible. The manager was not accommodating and she is the only one that can "approve " returns. I had a great cut and had planned on coming back, but the fact that I had bought a $20 hair product that didnt work simply soured me. I tried to exchange a bottle of stuff that the spray part didnt work. I live 30 miles from town, but when i went in, the staff told me that only the manager could do anything about it. She was unavailable and I was leaving town for several days. When I went back today, she was curt, unapologetic and clearly not customer service oriented. Oh and I did have the receipt and an email receipt. If my behavior was like hers, I most likely would be fired for such an attitude. If the management team changes, then maybe I will be back, but I suggest you find a more customer service oriented store.

I would give a -5 stars if I could! Worst haircut EVER!!! Dont let the older lady cut your hair, unless youre a guy! Took in a picture of a cute cut, shaved on the sides long on top...The end result....my hair looks like it should be on a 60 year old man!!!! NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

Supercuts gives great haircuts. I had a young guy cut my hair the other day and he is so business like. It was nice having a professional cutting hair. Place is always clean and lots of stock to choose from. Very good place. I make Cheesecakes look me up if you want one.
