Im rather sad to have to write this review because there are several individual instructors at Canyon Fitness whom I personally like and respect. But thats not enough. This club is run more like a high school clique than a grown-up professional business. Members who are not BFFs with the owners and select instructors, and who "have the nerve" to press management about replacing defective and broken equipment, or about repairing or replacing warped and buckling floors, have their membership summarily cancelled. This is done without even the professional courtesy of a face-to-face conversation--just BOOM!, one day youre in class as usual and the next day you cant get in. If you have expectations that your dues will pay for functional equipment and a responsive attitude from management, try The Gym or the Castle Rock Rec Center. Those centers have equally varied classes and fewer issues with maintaining a professional working environment.

Stationary bikes in dire need of repair, management is unresponsive to complaints. After we complained they canceled our membership....thats how they fix things. High pressure tactics to use personal trainers....offer free session which got cut short when they realized I wasnt interested in signing up for multiple follow-on appointments. In my opinion the new owners (2013) tried to expand their business at multiple locations and are not doing an adequate job at any of them. Id wait for the new 24 Hour Fitness thats coming to town and skip the amateurs at Canyon Fitness.

Canyon Fitness just got some new spin bikes that are awesome! Very sturdy and easy to fit. The shifter is great when we do sprints and hills. The staff are friendly and the whole place is always clean.

By far the best club Ive ever experienced. The owners are wonderful, and they really care for their facility and customers. Very clean and the trainers really invest in helping you succeed.

Great club and class but the locker rooms are way too small. Any more than two guys in the locker room means its too crowded. Other wise rating would be 4 stars.
