I had an account with 24hr fitness since 2006, left because of a job relocation where they didnt have any clubs. Moved back to Colorado 6 mos after when contract was lost, didnt expect to get same monthly fee and agreed to a higher monthly fee, was told only first and last months dues is all Id have to pay to sign back up. They got me all the way to the point of paying and there was a $25 activation fee. I asked what that was since I made clear what was total due and I was told sorry, cant remove that. Well I can go sign up at another location then. I even gave them a second chance and they wouldnt waive the fee for an 11yr customer.

I do find that the annual fee is a little out rages. But I do like that they have everything that you need there as far as in the locker rooms. And I take my kids there to the Kids Club and they are SO GOOD with with kids!!! My 3 year old daughter loves going and my 1 year old son is hit or miss. If they cry for 30 min straight they will call you to come back which is great! The equipment is nice and they have a great variety. I have not had any issues with the front desk staff.

Too small and overcrowded especially during class times. Seems like it was originally meant to be a Sport but someone wanted to charge more so they added a towel service and called it a Super Sport. No racquetball. Small B-Ball Court. The facility is new but seems small for a Super Sport. Sure you get a towel services for the extra $10-20 a month, but you also have to deal with a crowd of people unless you go at 12 midnight to 4 am. Which, I usually do.

$49.99 "annual fee" - are you kidding me? Well just stick with Lifetime Fitness which has tons more amenities, isnt much more a month, and doesnt require an annual fee!! By the way, they never mentioned this fee when were about to sign up. It was in the teeny print at the bottom of the contract... When researching this online, there are many people complaining about not being notified of an annual fee.

I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness since 2003. My home gym is Quebec a super sport that is 15 minutes further from my home then this new gym. 24 Hour Fitness will not transfer my home gym to near my home even though its straight transfer of Super Sport to Super Sport. Basically the customer service for a loyal customer is not there. If you were thinking of becoming a new member, beware.

Clean, friendly at the desk. The pool guy is the best. Very well equipped, but tight quarters. They cut some corners by building small and some of the construction was subcontracted more than once. Locker rooms are clean, but way too small if it grows. Plus, does it bother anyone else that half their TVs are on the 24 hour fitness channel?

Great staff and great equipment! Never hard to find a machine to use, and they open up quickly. I do wish they would put towels in the locker rooms so you dont have to run back to the front. Lockers, showers, bathrooms, and everywhere else arealways very clean. I never feel disgusted using any of the amenities. Very decent pricing.

Unfortunately 24Hr Fitness has adopted the same programs as the cable and cell phone companies. If you are a newcomer, Im sure you will be well taken care of. If you are an existing customer, good luck. I have been a member for 17 years, but could not use this club without a significant monthly upcharge. Very disappointing!

We came to sign up for new membership but we were not even acknowledged when we came in. We were in there for few minutes and the clerks at the front desk just were talking. Customer service is poor. Thumbs down.

The instructors are great. I love that virtual classes are available if the scheduled classes are not convenient to you. The bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms are clean.

brand new equipment with a wider variety than Ive seen in the other Denver area 24hr gyms. Doesnt habe a track or racquetball, but plenty of other services.

Brand new gym with lots of offerings offerings for Led Mills group fitness classes. The instructors are the best!
