I went in to get a balayage and a cut with one of their top stylists Robbie. I showed him pictures and explained what I wanted. Although what I ended up with was very brassy color with foils only on the ends of my hair that he said didnt need toning. I was very disappointed so I went in for a correction. At my second appointment I explained to him that the technique I wanted is where you paint on the color so it looks natural and sunkissed. That is what Ive had in the past and I like it a lot better than foils, which is all he did. He was very rude with me and said if he did the balayage method I would look like a leopard. So I said ok, then lets just do an all over dark to cover because Id be much happier with that than what I have now. He suggested we do a demi permanent and I said no, I want permanent because demi washes out too fast on me. So he colored my hair and it was nice and he apologized for being grumpy. 3 washes later I can see the blonde coming through. In most cases permanent hair color does not wash out in 3 days. So I called and ask to speak with a manager. Donna set me up to have another stylist do a permanent color. Then about an hour later she calls back and said she spoke with Robbie and he said he did use permanent color and my hair is too porous. They could color it again but no matter what it will still wash out. I explained to her the reason I got an all over color was because he couldnt give me what I wanted in the first place. Then she said he is her top stylist and always does a good job. She cant help it if people change their mind about their hair. So I asked if she could give me refund since they arent able to give me what I want and without hesitation she told me no. The color has to be paid for. She went on and said she wanted to charge me for the color when I came in to get it fixed but the stylist convinced her not to. I am just so appalled. I have never been so rudely spoken to in my whole life. And much less by a salon who prides them self on great customer service. But they left me feeling that its my fault that their top stylist cant give me what I want. And to top it off she cuts me off and says "have a nice day" and hangs up on me. In their salon they have a sign that says "If you love us leave us a review and get 10 percent off your next visit. If not speak with management and well fix it". They might as well take that sign down because they didnt fix anything even after my attempt to let them twice.

Wow! Just wow! I definitely was not disappointed by choosing to have my Spa Day here on 29 September 2014! I always research Salons & Spas before going to one, and the reviews for this one proved to be true...excellent service and offered a military discount! I called to make Spa reservations a couple of months in advance when I found out wed be in the area. I was worried that they might lose my appointment and contact information since so much time passed before my actual appointment. However, I received a call from Pam on Saturday to remind me of my upcoming appointment on Monday! I showed up 10-15 minutes early and was greeted by Donna who offered me water and made me feel right at home. I filled out the usual first-time clients form and was promptly introduced to Sarah who did my scrub and massage. Oh. My. Lordy. This sweet girl has magic fingers and hands that relaxed every possible tense muscle that even thought about developing during this vacation! It was 120 minutes of an upscale body treatment! Next up, I was linked with Melissa. Needless to say, shes also an expert at what she does! First off, she trimmed, scrubbed, rubbed, and moisturized my hands before painting my fingernails the clear polish that I wanted. As soon as my fingernails dried, I was served lunch that I requested of Sesame Chicken (I paid for lunch since I didnt get the spa package that included lunch) while Melissa went to work pampering my lower legs, feet, and toes. I now have the prettiest, orange toenails in all of Colorado Springs! Will I go back to this Salon/Spa? Well yes I will! This Friday (3 October) Ill be having a 90 minute massage with Sarah!

I was hesitant when my daughter said she booked herself at this salon to get nails, hair and makeup done. My son went to get a cut and it was awful! Speaking to the manager she apologized for his cut (he ended up shaving his head) and assured me that same "stylist" would be doing my daughters nails because "that was her real passion". My daughter expected a stress free couple of hours before graduation and what she got was a stressful SEVEN hours at the salon, mainly waiting and she had no idea why. When they talked to her about makeup they asked if she wanted fake eyelashes and she said sure...they had her go BUY them at Sallys so they could apply them!! Dont ask about that if you dont offer the product! They tried to say they called ME for two days to rearrange. Im NOT the one who made the appointment. Apparently they finally called my daughter but only told her they were moving the appt. up from 10:30 to 8:30. I feel this establishment completely took advantage of a young girl on one of her most special days to the tune of $165.00. Im appalled that they even asked for a dime! I hope the owner will review this situation and do whats right by my daughter.

Ive had long hair most of my life and Ive never met a hair stylist that seems to understand that when I ask for an inch and a half off Im not asking for three. I avoid haircuts at all costs and usually trim my ends on my own. Recently my hair has needed some professional love so I went to into Jula after work, booking the call only an hour ahead of my appt. time. JULIANNA B. I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR YOU MY WHOLE LIFE. She cut off as much as I asked her to, and after asking for more layers I couldnt be happier. I need yall to understand I never leave the hair salon satisfied. I cant remember the last time I was turned around in my chair and the sight of my hair didnt break my heart. When Julianna turned me around I saw so much life in my hair again, with all the beautiful length and none of the split ends. Shes peaceful and easy to talk to and most of all she knows what shes doing. Also, the woman at the front desk is a gem. Thank you Jula, seriouslyyyy

This place is wonderful..staff is high on customer service.I went looking for a salon that was local and got more than expected. I got a pedicure and a shellac/gel polish change.they do things by appointment and Im glad I called,because they were able to get me in 15mins after calling!..wonderful and relaxing experience..she didnt rush the process, she didnt rush me..they gave me (a) complementary drink...and no not water lol. And for being a first time customer I got a 25% discount. I also noticed that they give military discounts to members and spouses!! Im going to bring my husband here for a spa day ..they also offer hair care and actual spa services..cant wait for my first spa treatment,hope its as good as my pedicure went!! Im elated that I found this place!! Just awesome!!!
