Ive taken classes with Brandi on numerous occasions. She is a wonderfully compassionate teacher that works with what her students need. Her vinyasa flows are creative and inspiring and Ive found to be accessible to all levels. She also challenges me when I need to be challenged. One Rhythm Yoga studio is welcoming and convenient. Being a westsider, I was thrilled when she opened the location in Old Colorado City, perfect for me to walk or ride my bike to the studio. The studio is also right off of a free public parking area, so when I drive, I dont have to worry about paying for metered parking. I couldnt be happier with my yoga practice now that One Rhythm is here to serve me. I look forward to experiencing the other teachers that instruct there as well, and am confident that the studio will be a haven for those seeking to delve into their yoga and other spiritual practices. I definitely recommend Brandi and One Rhythm Yoga!

Go! Feel amazing!! and dig life with a deeper sense of connection and wellness. I personally go because I dont really have the discipline to do entire yoga sets on my own. Brandi helps me with my form for optimal unlocking of my bodies potential. I skateboard excessively and next to hot springs, One Rhythm Yoga is my bodys saving grace to relax and vitalize. Also, Brandi is a mother and wife of divine maturity. She lives her yoga and thats what people want in an instructor. Please join the FUN at One Rhythm Yoga

Im excited about the variety of classes that One Rhythm Yoga has to offer, especially the Yoga for Runners class. I also enjoy the emails with the monthly calendar so I can conveniently access the schedule. Buena Suerte to Brandi and One Rhythm Yoga.

I highly recommend Brandi and One Rhythm Yoga. One of my first times doing yoga was with One Rhythm Yoga and it far exceeded what i believed yoga to be. Excellent instruction with friendly intelligent instructor in a wonderful atmosphere. - michael
