I am a student that went to this Gym for what I was told would only be a one month membership. I signed a month to month contract and was told not to worry about canceling because it would only be for one month. I continued to get billed for three additional months, I talked to the Manager Chris about his and he said he would take care of the cancellation and the monthy payments. I paid for 4 additional months....I was sold this membership on false pretense but I signed the contract and trusted the salesperson. MY MISTAKE. I have asked Chris several times to call the collections and confirm my cancellation so I no longer will get billed but he has not done so. I have set up an appointment to try to get this resolved with him as well. He left right before my Mom and Dad and myself showed up. We were told he had to run errands. What kind of professional does this. We did not get a phone call or email to say he needed to leave and could not meet with us. We all took time from work to meet at UFC with Chris. All we wanted was a quick phone call to confirm a cancellation. We were informed that anyone from the Gym at Lone Tree could call, but not one of them would. Truly do not understand what they are doing except that they can write contracts and take your money but they refuse to cancel or help you out when you need it. The management team is very unprofessional....

My wife and I have been going to UFC Gym now for over 6 months and we couldnt have had a better experience. From the first day we walked in and signed up for our first class, all of the coaches and other members made us feel welcome. There is absolutely no judgement at UFC Gym, just the expectation that you push yourself and have fun. And if youve never tried it before, punching and kicking a bag for 45 minutes is definitely fun (and exhausting). Theres also a full suite of free weights, machines and cardio equipment available if you want to work on something different. Our one-on-one sessions with Coach Sampson are the highlight of our weekend. Not only does he give us a grueling workout but also teaches us proper form, technique and strategy in the ring - hes the real deal and an awesome guy. All of the other coaches and staff weve worked with - TJ, Steve, Myles, Taylor, Geremy and Tristen, are super friendly and go out of their way to help with anything. The gym is also always kept very clean, from the weights to the bathrooms. We cant say enough good things about this gym and the team that runs it. If youre not sure or on the fence (like we were before we signed up) Id highly recommend taking a free class and just try it out.

Like everyone else, I checked the reviews here before considering starting the gym because you never know. I read some about a guy named "Chris" who TJ (Current manager) informed hes no longer there and that they are the new staff for the gym. I almost didnt sign up because of financial reasons but TJ and Sheila worked with me so we could get started. On the day I signed up, everyone who left the gym said, "Thanks TJ/Sheila" on the way out and that really showed me that the people who attend the gym really enjoy the training. Ive done one session so far (conditioning) and it kicked my butt! The instructor didnt bark orders, they simply helped you stance if you need it and encourage you to keep going. Keep in mind, this is hard work and if youre willing to put in the effort, the staff will help you with the rest :).

Saw an add for a 10 days for $10 online special to try out the gym. Went in expecting to work-out but instead had to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone just to be told they wouldnt accept the offer, followed-up by a weak sales pitch that only made me want to go somewhere else. Costs 3x what I pay at my gym, and the equipment is in much poorer condition. They have no option to try the gym out before you pay. One free class does not constitute trying out the gym.

I was a member for 3 years and turned in my cancellation form. I was told they lost it so I turned another one in. They continued to charge me and sent me to collections. I finally settled with collections just to end it and not hear from them again but I still get e-mails from UFC saying I owe money. I dont understand, I paid every month for 3 years in full and you continue to charge me after I canceled in writing twice!

Just recently started at this gym, and love it. Tough work out, I sweated my ass off, Gym has been remodeled and is just top notch, has everything you need to stay in shape, and most of all the instuctors, GM, employees, and members are awesome and made me feel so welcomed. Glad I joined and cant wait to reach my fitness, cardio, and MMA training goals. Best decision I have made in a while!!!
