This place sucks. DO NOT GO HERE if you are a serious lifter or like customer service. They continue to try and charge you for anything as a penalty ( IE Caulk, Weights being dropped, messes) of $25. The lead trainer was rude to me and my wife. She told my wife that she couldnt use her two week trial and had to sign up to come back the next day. The manager defended his employee basically calling me a LIAR to my face. Also the cream on the top is that if you work out in the morning there is a group of people in there all working out together and doing the same weight....but they take up EVERY barbell. Drive to Lifetime or go to SNAP. They strong arm you into a 3 year contract with auto-renewal...so basicly LIFE and you have to pay forever to get out of it or hundreds of dollars to get out of it. PLEASE STAY AWAY....I was a trainer at a chain gym and it wasnt anything like this.

Staff is cool place is clean. My problem is the members there IS NO ETIQUETTE in this gym! Yesterday a family of 4 comes n a HOGS UP 8 MACHINES FOR CIRCUIT TRAINING! Today I wanted to use the stair climber. I have already removed it from my workout because theres never any access theres only one.Today a lady was on it for 50 minutes knowing that theres only one in the whole f****** gym! 10 treadmills one stairclimber! I dont have time to stand around for 50 minutes waiting on one machine! So if youre going to work out here just be ready to be around a bunch of RUDE people and the staff obviously doesnt care! (How about a time limit)?????? 50 minutes really cuz theres nobody else in the gym right?? Lol how about a little bit of consideration for those around u!!

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT HERE. THEY HAVE PREDATORY CONTRACTS AND VERY DIFFICULT ESCAPE CLAUSES. My husband and I moved suddenly due to his military service, and they were entirely unhelpful and even deceitful about what we would be paying. I was told that cancellation was simple and easy, and that my account was handled. They then charged me $170 behind my back to a closed credit card, before calling me and hounding me with late fees for charges that I didnt know I had incurred. They refused to waive any of the charges. I am incredibly dissatisfied and disgusted with this company and the way they do business. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

This place is awful, customer service sucks. They drug out a cancelation process over 2 months, just so they could get 2 extra months of membership fees and a cancelation fee. They they dont care about anything except your money, their ethics as a business and as people in general are highly questionable, the customer is never right to them, they are never there during office hours when they are supposed to be. 24 hour fitness is a much better establishment with cheaper membership fees, more equipment, and better all around gyms for your money.

Horrible gym, horrible staff. Tried to get out of the contract by explaining what was going on in that place, and they didnt care. Be careful and think about it twice before signing on in this place. I would rather drive to Thornton even Aurora to avoid that place. Stay out of this place!

I have been trying to get out of my contract for 5 MONTHS and I had the proper documentation to get out of it. They still continue to randomly charge my credit card. The staff does NOT care and are not helpful what so ever.

The manager is rude. "Staffed hours" are not consistent and not communicated with guests. I am doing the week trial before signing on but will definitely not become a member at this place. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

Very dirty place ugly staff are lazy the dont clean at all specially machines and restrooms ... the kneed to get better machines for lifting weights Im looking for a different gym
