Lots of broken promises is how I would summarize my experience with PCI. Just getting an estimate and for them to take a serious look at the real problem was difficult. I got PCI to give me an estimate to fix the leaking through a flat roof over our enclosed patio. That was April. By time August rolled around they were starting to hedge and I lost confidence they could do the job at all, let alone well. They finally decided to try to use a silicon substance to seal the roof and were supposed to get me a new estimate for the labor and materials for that since apparently their expert estimator was incapable of putting together an accurate estimate the first go round. He texted me in August that he would be giving me an estimate later that day--I have yet to hear back from him--just totally dropped the ball--no call, no text, no nothing. That is, until yesterday when I received an invoice for the part of the job that they did do--which was incredibly minimal. I asked the neighbors if they had seen anybody out there and they told me they saw someone out on the roof late one afternoon. Doesnt sound like the level of work they claim in the invoice. Anyhow, they came recommended so apparently others have had a positive experience, but frankly they were a train wreck for us. I tried to be patient (I consider four months to be pretty patient) but at the end of the day they failed almost completely and never contacted me to let me know what was up ("Sorry, we just cant do it and were giving up" would have at least informed my next steps). Apparently they just send an invoice and hope people will pay it, I guess. Terrible. The estimator told me that theyve never received a one star rating before and that theyll go above and beyond to make sure people are happy with their service. Um well.. Here ya go.

After a flooding rain, we discovered that standing water had rotted a hole through our new-to-us home. We called two service providers - one told us it was "too complicated" of a project, another never followed up with a quote. After 2 weeks of waiting, we called PCI after we saw one of their service trucks on the highway. Kizmet! These guys are fantastic!! We worked with Joe Roy and his crew. They are efficient, respectful, detail-oriented, and clearly proud of the work they do. They are creative problem solvers and skilled craftsmen. Joe came by regularly to check on the work and walk through it with me. When I wasnt happy, he corrected it. They were cognizant of our budget and worked with us to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again in the future. It looks better than the original! Weve already hired them for another home improvement project. Very happy with the work they do, Highly recommended!

PCI Construction is fantastic! I called PCI to request an estimate for a basement drainage system to resolve my basement flooding issue. Jason my assigned PCI project manager was at my house the next day. He is very knowledgeable about the drainage process and was able to present a plan to resolve the water issue during the initial inspection. Jason sent me the PCI estimate the next day. I also had Peak Structure bid the same project, but PCIs price was 1/3 the price of Peaks bid. Peak Structure was unable to get to my project for 4 months. I signed an agreement with PCI and they installed my basement drainage system the next week. Colorado Springs has had a lot of rain in the last 5 months since they install the basement drainage system, but my basement has been bone dry. PCI gave me a 3 year warranty on the work completed. I would recommend PCI to anyone requiring a knowledge and cost effective construction company.

PCI has been a wonderful company to work with and they will work with you on just about anything; most especially Dave Fleming. This is the second time Ive used PCI (the first time was by referral from a trusted friend) and I will use them again in the future. They do great work, are very thorough, communicate well, and do what they say they are going to do. They even "fixed" a problem before I even know about it on the first job. In addition, they offer very reasonable rates and will even give additional discounts or rebates for referrals. They are top notch and I highly recommend them for all your construction needs!

Cant say I would recommend this company. Work was average but customer service was very poor. I never once had anyone ask me if I was satisfied with the work done. Didnt waste time coming for their money. Michael, I felt, was a very arrogant person to work with and I dont believe he cared if I liked the work done. Linda is sorely missed in this company. Be careful who you hire.

I had PCI replace my roof, and stain my fence and decks from an insurance claim. Dave Fleming was PCI rep which I worked and corresponded with. PCI replaced my roof, painted the house trim, stained my fence and 2 decks. All work was completed on time and with excellent quality. I would use PCI again without thinking twice about it. Excellent company to work with.

WARNING! This is a "bait and switch" company! They will make all sorts of wonderful promises at the beginning of your project, then drag you to the cleaners at the end! Prepare to empty your pockets if you choose this company for your restoration.

Uses PCI a couple years ago and they were amazing! Ive called twice in the last year to have some work done, including replacing our roof, and they never return my calls.
