After obtainining muliple bids for our basement finishing project, my wife and I selected Brothers Construction to complete the work. Three factors were influential in the decision - competitive pricing, the wealth of additional ideas generated by Brothers for our project, and the lifetime warranty Brothers offered on workmanship. We are pleased to report that we have no regrets about our decision. I am a rather meticulous individual and I followed/reviewed the construction progress at every step of the project. If ever I had a question or concern, Jim responded immediately and ensured that no detail was left unaddressed. In spite of a couple capricious design chages on our part during construction, the project flowed smoothly and was completed within the timeframe originally quoted. Every craftsman that entered our home to complete work was very courteous and conscientious, always conerned about noise/dust/odor mitigation since my wife was caring for our infant twins in the house during construction. On top of their professionalism, the craftsman produced a high quality product that satisfied even my very critical eye. We commend Jim and his staff for the work that was completed and highly recommend Brothers Construction for basement finishing work.

Jim and his crew did an excellent job finishing our basement. Jim took a lot of time up front to come up with a creative solution for our awkward basement layout. It was much better than what any of the other contractors came up with. Jim was very helpful throughout construction. If you arent too particular with all of the little details if your basement, then Brothers Construction is definitely the top choice. If you are more particular about the little details, Id still recommend Brothers Construction, but youll just want to be sure you communicate clearly and stay on top of things. Anytime there was any miscommunication, Jim went out of his way to make it right. I liked working with him so much that I recommended Brothers Construction to my neighbor who also used them for their basement remodel.

Brothers remodeled our large basement area. The finished product contains many unique and custom items; including a stone accented wet bar, stone and woodwork fireplace and entertainment center, a new bathroom with steam shower, and a large wine cellar with masonry details. We have received many compliments from guests and are always proud to show it off to newcomers. Brothers pricing was superior to all other quotes we obtained, and included many creative features that had not occurred to us. We recommend Brothers without reservation. Brothers Construction finished our basement and installed a surround sound home theater system, and did just an outstanding job. It was about 700 square fee, and they completed it very quickly and with great quality. They were responsive to our requests throughout the process and very easy to work with. They were able to deliver a great quality job in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. After prior negative experiences with some contractors, it was great to have such a positive one with Brothers. We would recommnend them without question.

After getting many recommendations from friends of ours who had used Brothers, we decided to have them finish our basement. From our first meeting with Jim, everything went great! They started right away, finished on time and stayed within the budget that we had. Everyone who came to our home to work was very professional and curtious. Jim and his crew are first rate. The quality and craftsmanship are second to none. They completed the job in a timely manner and were quick to address any questions or concerns we might have had.
