The driver of truck number 01-227 that was driving on sep 19 2016 at around 2:30pm on east bound hwy 90 by exit zarzamora. Well the driver had debris on trailer and it flew off trailer it hit my windshield. I well wait to see if they would like to repair cracked windshield. I feel bad for employee i hate for him to get in trouble. I just need repair windshield. Waiting on phone call from safety officer. I got 24hr to make a police report at the s.a.p.d. storefront and i got one other witness beside my kids that saw it come off the trailer.
