I was a guest along with my boys at a family members birthday party. I felt so bad for the "birthday boy" and his parents. The day he was scheduled for his party there was 3 other parties going on as well (parents were not told about this) so they directed all the guests to the back and we were in a room with others that were waiting on a room to open for their party too. All adults had to sit on the floor. So many people were there with 3 parties trying to take place at the same time that these long benches in the hallways were taken up and no room to sit but a floor. There was toddlers in our group that were running around and touching other peoples cake by accident and playing with "their" balloons and items because we were all sharing a room for an hour. There was older boys trying to play with a football in the same room we were waiting and a child from our group was kicked in the face again by accident and the parent winded up leaving with her crying child. I was told the party was for 2 hours but I guess 1 hour is "jumping time for the kids while waiting on a room" and the other hour is when you have the room for pizza and cake? While we were in the waiting room our pizza arrived but we had to wait 20 minutes before the room was even available leaving us with crying hungry kids waiting to eat. Staff didnt get us in the room on time. Nobody even got ice-cream when the room became available because the staff told us twice they were getting it and forgot. Just ridiculous experience and Im not even the parent whos son had this embarrassing party! All the people who attended were annoyed at this set up and this poor mom had no clue everyone would be cramped into a back room while waiting for a party room to open. I would never recommend this to anyone looking for a birthday party venue! I will say however that kids jumping did have fun. If you do come I would recommend it only being for gym play just not for birthday parties... nightmare of experience from a guest as I watched in horror and this poor mom who was having an anxiety attack the entire time. I could not get it out of my head how much she actually paid for this ridiculous thing! Id rather take my kids to McDonalds play center any day over this!

Very unethical place My daughter attended a birthday party on a Friday. She had never been at Trampoline World before. When they arrived, the staff led them to the "cubbies" to put their personal belongings. My daughter saw the cameras at the cubbies and saw other cell phones, purses and other personal belongings. The staff member stated to them "put your personal items here and go have fun." My daughter felt that it was safe to put her shoes and stuck her cell phone inside her shoes. There were no signs posted about personal belongings. When my daughter returned to her cubby, her shoes were there and someone had taken her phone and stuck a sandwich on top of her shoes. When she asked the staff member about the cameras, the person told her that the only person who could view the tapes was dead. My daughter talked to another staff member and they stated that they would review the cameras the next day and when she went in, she was told that it was his day off. She was told several different stories about the cameras and who could review it. I sent an email to one of the managers/owners and they never replied back. I called Trampoline World the next day and the staff person that I talked with told me that staff members are instructed to tell participants to put cell phones behind the desk. My daughter was never told that. My daughter finally went to the police and filed a report. We both feel that due to the numerous stories that the staff came up with, that one of the staff stole the phone.

Best tramp and tumbling facilities in the state but dont let your kids into this place! The owner, Mike Zapp, is a convicted sex offender who plea bargained from a felony to a misdemeanor, many years ago, then the violated probation and went to jail! (Supposedly all of the cameras are for the kids safety. I have my doubts that is all they are used for.) On top of not telling us hes a convicted pervert, he schemed to get around USAG rules and hired another pervert buddy, Doug Boger (banned from USAG, permanently for being a pervert). KRDO ran a news report on the situation and we were shocked, even though Zapp claimed to hold "parent information meeting on the subject." If there was one, we were not invited. Then Boger gets fired and the gym sends us a letter saying that they are under new ownership. The letter said, "Zapp is no longer allowed on the premises." So, we stayed--because we are suckers. Then, a month later, when the media frenzy dies down, my kid tells me that Zapp is coming into the gym every day. So we pulled the kids out of the gym. The next week, they hold a parent meeting to tell everyone that the letter sent out, over a month before, was bogus. Zapp finally shows up 30 minutes late and he is drunk! They tell us that they fired the coach who sent the letter--no reasonable explanation as to why they chose not to address the issue with the parents for over a month. These people are nuts! We are out of there.

Neat gym, but lacking in customer friendly policies. Ive been a regular customer for over 5 years now. A lady named Kate at the front desk is very rude to customers (friends and myself have all noticed it) and has such a terrible attitude for someone who works with the public. Seems like she hates her job. Expensive at $10/kid for one hour. (Springs trampoline offers a buy X, get y 2 free hours card, which is helpful when you have multiple children.) I paid $40 for one hour today for my two 2 year olds and two 5 year olds. When I asked about different ways to possibly save $, she was abrasive and rude to me. I will only go there when I have no other options now, lifes too short to pay big money to a place thats rude to you! They also need to get a regular cleaning company to come in more often, bathrooms etc arent stocked and cleaned as well as they should be. Friendly front desk person is a must. My advice if the owner reads this is to hire someone with a mom-friendly, positive attitude and try to come up with some punch card or discount for multiple jumpers for an hour. One person with a marketing degree would be all you need to increase sales and keep the customers youve worked so hard to get in the first place. I was going to book my daughters birthday party there, but after the last two times the front desk lady was rude to us, we will be booking elsewhere.

Artsports, now Trampoline World Gymnastics has been a huge part of my daughters life. Even so she has never made it to their team, she has loved every minute of her experience there. The atmosphere at Tramp World allows for kids to enjoy friends and learn new tricks at the same time. I have watched my daughter and many kids over the past 8 years have great moments of achievement. The open viewing across the full length of the gym is a real plus for me. I like being able to hear what the coaches are saying. I appreciate their constant encouragement towards the kids. Her confidence has improved over the years being in this positive place. I am sure her ability in sports has been greatly improved because of all the time she has spent in the gym....she still loves to come. Now we have another little one up and coming. She just thinks its all fun. At two years old, she has already found that she loves to fly! And boy does she at TW! I would highly recommend Trampoline World.
