I joined Crossfit Salvo over 4 years ago and I must say that it has been an amazing experience. Crossfit Salvo has experienced and compassionate coaches. When I first began my journey back to health they helped me modify the movements so that I did not injure myself. As I have progressed they are always there with instructions and motivation. They offer not only an amazing place to get fit, but also a place where you feel included. I happen to be one of the few masters there and yet I never feel less valued. I would HIGHLY recommend that you come to visit.

I joined CrossFit Salvo back in August when it opened (well a few days later because i was on vacation) I felt welcomed by the trainers and the current members. I love it there. The coaches really take the time and effort to get to know you. They focus on everyone and try to help them progress they fitness levels. I love it!
