When I first bought my home, I knew it was old and needed to be upgraded so the first upgrade I decided was utterly important was having the electricity rewired. I couldn’t risk it completely blowing out on me the next time I flipped a light switch or plugged in a blow dryer so I called Allstar Electrical Services to get my house rewired. When I called to set up an appointment, I had all my questions answered about things, like the price of this upgrade and how long it could potentially take, in a courteous and great manner as well as getting an appointment for the electrician to start the same day. They were able to rewire my house within a couple days and the estimate was less than what other electrical companies would’ve charged me for. They were nice, fast, professional, and they got the job done. I absolutely recommend Allstar Electrical Services.

Allstrar has done 1 project on my home. Which they accomplished quickly 1 year ago I was happy with the work and service initially. I referred them to a client of mine an Gary the sales person wasted days getting them a quote and repeatedly said that they would have it and didnt supply it. I thought that this might have just been a a busy time. I had Gary out to my property to get a quote on my home shortly after. It took two weeks to get a quote from him. On the property he said that he estimated that it would be around $1800 worth of work when I got the quote three weeks later after pestering him over and over for it the quote was $3900. I will no longer do business with them or recommend them to anyone.

My entire project with Allstar Electrical took over 6 months. Gary came out and gave me an estimate, it then took him 2 months to send the proposal/estimate in writing. I then had to wait another 3 months for the work to be scheduled. I took 2 separate days off of work to be here when the work was scheduled, no one called or showed up. I basically did most of the legwork with the inspection (failed the first time), then had to follow up with them to ensure that the issues were fixed and re-inspected, I was under the impression that this is something that they took care of for the customer, I was wrong. They are unprofessional and disorganized. I would highly recommend using someone else!

I scheduled an appointment for a service person to come out and do a minor job. The earliest available was two weeks out. When the day arrived the electrician did not bother to call or show up. I called and spoke to the owner. He said that the individual who scheduled the appointment had said that he thought that he rescheduled. Wrong! The best that the owner would do was an offer for me to call the person who scheduled the appointment and confer with him. I cancelled. The owner apologized. I expected more professionalism at that juncture instead an option for me to get back in touch with the individual who neglected to show or call.

I thought the breaker was broken, it was just sticky and I was being too gentle, afraid to damage it. I was charged $120 for him to flip the breaker lol. The service was fast and Larry is super friendly. They could have had a customer for life if they could have forgave this one, knowing I would use them in the future. Now I think Ill find someone else. $120 to flip a breaker, Im in shock. Guess its my own fault. If your rich, go ahead and give them a call.

I am a contractor in California and needed an electrician to come out to a store we built in Denver to troubleshoot some electrical needs. I contacted All star Electrical Services and within that same hour they were out on site, the tech called me when he arrived and called me afterwards to let me know that they took care of the problem. I was so happy with the work and I will definitely be using them again!

Call at 4:45 and the call center answered for a company that closes at 5. I asked for a manager to call me back. I never received a call back so I called them again and asked for a manager. I was left on hold by a rather unpleasant girl named Candice only to be lied to and yelled by John a supposed manager. Good luck I hope you have a better experience than I did.

AllStar setup the wiring and electrical for the server rooms we recently added to our offices and they did a great job. The work is well organized, clean installation and Paul was a great technician. I would recommend AllStar for electrical services and I know they know how to put together a server room for tech businesses. Great Job!

Placed 4 calls over a 24 hour period trying to get a service tech to call me and schedule an appointment. Each time I was told that the tech (Jonathan) had been paged and would be contacting me. I gave up waiting.

They stayed in hour house for 5 minutes. We did not have an issue so it was quick. They charged us $156! We will never call them again!
