My husband and I took our two boys (age 2 and 13 months) to Kidstown for a few hours while we attended a meeting. We had previously toured the center, and felt comfortable our kids would have fun and be well looked after. Unfortunately, our youngest child was neglected by the caregivers and allowed to get so hot that when I went to pick him up he was literally drenched in sweat. He had been put down for a nap with a blanket provided by the center (he does not sleep with a blanket at home, and I was never asked if it was okay for him to have one). My husband and I arrived 30 minutes past nap time, so I crept into the toddler room to get him out of the crib. A blanket was covering his face. And when I lifted it back, his whole head and body were covered in sweat. It was if he had been in the bath! To make matters worse, an email I sent to the owner and manager explaining the situation went unanswered. This tells me they have no interest in bettering the center or resolving disputes. It is clear the apathetic attitude towards your children extend all the way up the ladder. Save yourself some heartache, dont take your children (especially your young ones) here. The caregivers are cold to the point of neglectful and management and owners only care to take your money. The safety and well-being of your children are an afterthought.

I have been taking my two boys ages, 4 and 2 ½, to Kidstown Mayfair for about six months. I have had nothing but good experiences and my boys love going to "school" to see their friends and teachers. My boys have some emotional issues that we have been dealing with and the staff has been caring, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Every time we walk in the door the staff smile say hi to the boys and seem excited to see them. The staff is always more than willing to talk about the kids, listen to concerns, and even take the time to offer helpful advice. What stands out the most to me at this center (other than the incredibly affordable rates) is that they do not take a one size fits all approach to the children, rather they take the time to get to know you and your children, what their lives are all about, how best they can help them if there are any kinds of problems, and they really seem to care about our whole family! Honestly, I do not know what I do without this place. It is affordable, I only have to pay when I need to take the kids, and I leave feeling good about my babies being in a safe place with people who really care about them. I am not sure I can leave a review that does justice to what the availability of this place has meant to our family.

Im a mother of three and finding part-time, flexible daycare options in Denver that are affordable has turned into quite a challenge. Ive used Kidstown for two weeks so far, dropping off my four-year-old so I can run errands and work. So far, theyve been very kind and my son reports that he has lots of fun and he always wants to return. Its a great place for him to unwind and just play.

The staff at Kidstown has been caring for my 4 year old daughter for several years. Even though she is not there on a regular basis, she is always greeted by name and she loves all her friends and teachers at Kidstown! Everyone is courteous and professional and the space is clean, organized, calm and kid friendly. The flexibility of drop-off daycare is a gift for our work/life schedule.

This place is a lifesaver (ignore the drama queen). Ive been taking my 5 year old son here for a year and a half for occasional childcare needs. He loves it. The staff is great - they always remember us. They are very conscientious about safety. Even though they know me they ALWAYS ask for ID upon checkout. And you cant beat $4 Friday nights!

It is against ADA regulations to charge more for a child with special needs. This will be reported. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
