I am very pleased with this center! All of the teachers that I have had the pleasure to meet in this center have been AMAZING! I have had a very sick little boy lately as well as a crazy unreasonable work schedule and they have been so supportive and understanding every step of the way! I worked for Kindercare for a while but not at this center and I must say this is by far one of the best Kindercares I have seen. The teachers really enjoy what they are doing and really love the kids! My son is only 1 1/2 and loves coming to school (yes thats what i call it), he walks in and is very excited for the day when we get up and get to go on the few days a week that we get the chance! I would STRONGLY suggest this center to any and all military families in the Springs. I searched for several weeks before officially deciding on this center because I was really picky about the people who get to keep my child. I do not receive any sort of aide to pay for this center even though aide is available through the army it is not for me due to my work not giving me enough hours at this time. I am very happy with where my money goes and feel like it is completely worth it! The curriculum is awesome and the center itself is very clean! As well as the teachers are all very great at what they do and are willing to offer advice on potty training and anything else needed! This center has certainly been a blessing to my family because I feel like that is how they treat us, like family! Keep up the great work ladies!! And I do not know what we are going to do without you all when we have to PCS soon!

MY CHILD HAS NIGHTMARES OF A MEAN TEACHER FROM THIS FACILITY!!! At one point my daughter was playing with her toys and i heard her say "SHUT YOUR MOUTH" (I do NOT speak to my child that way EVER) so I asked where she learned it and she replied a teacher at daycare. My child went to this daycare for a short time. At first it seemed ok but we started noticing problems. At one point I talked to the asst. Director about making a late payment she said it would be fine. 2 days before I am supposed to make the payment I get an email sayingmy child will not be aloud to return until I make the payment. The asst direct denied having the conversation saying the late payment would be fine. And the director was completely rude about it!!! Problems continued to get worse from there. At one point my childs "teacher" walked out at lunch and never returned. This place is so exspensive I expected a better facility. Extremely unorganized.

I tried enrolling my children there however when I go there and someone finally answers the door I get told wait right here secondly when I wait for ten minutes the director can be heard on the phone with he mother this was unacceptable in my opinion you dont treat customers like this let alone except them to trust you with there children thirdly no one answered the phone when I tried to call and when I left my number they never called back This place is a complete joke dont take your kids to this specific location if your looking for child care there are other locations were your treated with respect that you deserve especially since its your money

I try getting my son in.. I was told OK and I filed all the paperwork and even contacted naccrra. Neither did I or naccrra heard from them again. I called and I even email and have yet not heard a thing. Naccrra has been waiting for them to give them and estimate for months.. when I called I was told there was a waiting list but they seem like in a hurry that I wasnt even told if my son was on a waiting list. They lack on giving information or on getting back on people so Ive started looking elsewhere.. it disappointed me.

The staff are very rude. They were mean with my children where they were not happy going to daycare. I removed the kids after the 3rd time they called dhs (none of the times the case worker was worried) and they still took my copay and wont refund it even tho my kids didnt attend because they transferred. My children are much happier now that they arent attending Kindercare. I would not recommend this daycare ever.

I was going to enroll my daughter here but I didnt end up needing to. The staff is super friendly. I went on a tour and they place is clean, lots of activities for kids and caring teachers. I would definitely enroll my Hilda here but not without CCCAP since its super expensive.
