PSI Plumbing is a gold standard of service and expertise in the Vail valley. They answered an emergency no heat and leaking boiler call in the middle of the night, and we ultimately assessed that our 20 year old boiler had reached the end of its life. We then hired PSI to do a full replacement of our boiler and hot water heater. We had the opportunity to work with PSI owner Jim and several of his very professional and knowledgeable staff and were consistently very pleased (Ron did the bulk of the installation and he was awesome!). The end job was meticulous and well organized, pretty much a work of art in our garage :). Throughout the process, they were flexible in adapting to a few minor changes we asked for and the ongoing communication with the office staff (Kristiana and others) and technicians was excellent. We highly and enthusiastically recommend PSI!

We had a major drain clog @ Cafe163 (in Edwards) and the first plumbing company we called came and did a good job at attempting to clear it, but just didnt have the right equipment. They spent over 6 hours trying to get it and just couldnt do it. We then got PSI to come (after hours) and Adian, came in with his big truck, 1000ft hose and 4000psi jetter and got it to clear in about 10min. Nothing against those other other guys (they have done good work for us in the past) but if you need your drains cleared & cleaned, call PSI period. They have the tools and the talent and will get you back in business quickly. There is nothing better than working with professionals that know what they are doing and can get the job done. Thanks PSI - You guys rock!

Ok Service, make sure you check the invoice. Ive used PSI 3 times in the last 3 months. They are prompt in the service, which I appreciate. The 2nd time they came out was to figure out why my hard lined gas grill wasnt working. They told me the line had been turned off. Turns out the gas valve was leaking and had to have them out a 3rd time and pay for their visit to get it fixed. Of the 3 visits, two of those invoices were incorrect and I had to call them and make them aware of their mistakes. Makes me question the integrity of the business since Ive been over billed 2 out of 3 times.

PSI provides amazing customer service! The day before house guests were arriving (and New Years Eve) PSI got to our house and diagnosed a blown pressure reducing valve. They replaced that and then our water heater went. Bad day, right?! The good news, PSI got a new water heater up from Denver the next day (never one in Eagle or Summit County when you need it!), installed it and took care all of the paper work with the manufacturer. PSI made a stressful situation the best that it could be. Thanks guys!

The dog in a pony show may work for some, however, my fiance and I saw right through it. We planned on using PSI for a remodel, but quickly noticed how short the employee was with us almost as in a rush or uncaring of our proposal. Not only did he provide little to no information we never received a follow up on our bid nor what services they offered for said remodel. Overall terrible experience.

I knew they had a good reputation before using PSI andI have had an awesome experience. First the front office with scheduling and account services could not have been more helpful or sweet to me. The work itself was top notch . I had a new furnace installed and complete redo of the vent work. I have now had PSI back for other plumbing needs and same experience. I recommend them highly.

I have awesome news!!! if I had to pick one company who excels in customer service, it would certainly be Plumbing Systems Inc. They performed above my expectations. It is a good business strategy to always take care of customers and continuing effort to exceed my expectations will result in ongoing referrals to my customers as well. Absolutely amazing service. After an extremely frustrating experience with R&H Mechanical, PSI came to my rescue. They were very honest, organized, fair, and personable. PSI and Jimmy have been my go to plumber for years. They are reliable and responsive. I have used Plumbing Systems Inc. for home remodels and for large businesses when I was the General Manager of the Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa. They are fair and guarantee there work. I have no problems recommending them to you for any job large or small.

They may claim to be experienced and reliable, but I have never been on the phone with such a rude "customer service" agent. I would definitely shop around, as I did, to find the right fit for your needs.
