Very Irresponsible place of business. I called to schedule a tech on 01/24/17 at around 9am to come out to the our residence to perform some repairs. The owner stated that a tech would be at my door within an hour. The tech never showed up. I called the owner back at around 3pm to see if the tech was going to make it or not. The owner stated that he had not heard from the tech for several hours and that he tried to get a hold of him to see what was his status.The tech called my mobile about a minute later stating that he was trying to get a hold of me for the last 2 hours but could not get through (not one missed called on my cell). At the end of the day the job had to be rescheduled for 01/25/17 between 9am-10am. Again the tech never showed up at the appointed time but called to say that he had another job to finish and that he would be at our house whenever. I called again in the afternoon to speak to the owner to cancel the work but his reply was. Que piensas?...que porque llames a mi va a llegar mas rapido? ( what do you think? That because you call me the tech is going to show up sooner? Well, heres my reply. The only reason for my call was to cancel the appointment so your Irresponsible tech and you wouldnt bother coming out to the house. Next time please, when a customer needs service. Treat them with respect and have some consideration for their time. A&P Plumming! Ill make sure to get the word out

I didnt even get to the guy to fix my problem because of how rude he was. I have a rental home in El Paso and I live in Silver City. My tenants called with a problem so I was calling different plumbers to see who could go out today and look at it. I called this company and another one. The last company I got a hold of said they could go out right now so I called A & P plumbing to let them know that I didnt need them anymore but when I called I had to leave a message then I got a call from someone and I answered and he was all this is the plumber calling and I was all oh okay which one and he was all the P-L-U-M-B-E-R, (as if I was unable to retain what he was saying) So I answered back in a upset voice and I said yes i know your a plumber but from what company and he continued to talk as if I was delayed. He was just so rude. I didnt even want to keep him to come look at anything.

Used to be good, but now they dont show up and are extremely rude. If I hadnt known better I would swear I was being "punked" because I thought, noone would actually treat customers this poorly. Made an appt at 10 am, and when tenant called at 4 to verify she was scheduled, she was treated rudely, and told they "would be there by 8 pm to fix her damn plumbing". At 9 pm when they hadnt shown up, I called to see if they were still planning on going, and was treated horribly, and then hung up on. My husband called to cancel the appt, and was treated very rudely, and told that "he (David) was related to the owner, and he could care less whether we used him or not." My advice is to use a different plumber. There are too many that treat people decently, and actually show up, to put up with this horrible treatment.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Arthuro the "president" of this scam of a company thought he could steal money from me by lying. I needed the gas lines for my home pressurized to 10 lbs in San Elizario. The first time he ran the test on the gas lines there was no pressure. He tried to tell me that I needed to replace all of the gas lines to my home he was going to charge me 1000.00 to do it. It didnt make sense for there to be such a large leak because my gas bill is only about 14.00. So I did some investigating and found that these idiots had left the valve open to the water heater and thats why my gas lines would not pressurize!!! Can you believe these people! They tried to play me for a fool!!! Good thing God put a good head on my shoulders and I caught on quick.

Worst service ever, they get to your house to "fix" the problem and start to work on a very expensive estimate without even notify you the price or the point of the problem!, I guess they expect you have all the money in that moment. Fortunately we could stop them to keep working and just pay for the "visit" which was an irrational amount comparing the work they did. The guy in charge is extremely rude, look for another company if you like a good customer service. PAST REVIEWS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS TALK BY ITSELF. IN ADDITION WE NEVER TOLD TO PROCEED SINCE THERE WAS NO EXPLANATION OF THE PROBLEM NOR THE PRICE. THE SAME DAY OUR WATER HEATER WAS FIXED WITH ONLY REPLACING SOME PARTS, PROVING A&P PLUMBING WAS TRYING TO GET ADVANTAGE SELLING A NEW WATER HEATER WHEN THERE WAS NO NEED.

Thanks again guys at A&P plumbing for coming to my house in the middle of the night. I had a leak in my front yard. I wasnt home my wife was the only one their and it was leaking out of front lawn just a bad scenario. But got ahold of the owner of the company IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and sent his crew and dug a 5x5 hole in the middle of my yard and got the work dont one thanks A&P again for everything. And for the price that he changed me was well it was not even expensive. Thanks a&p

A & P Plumbing Unlimited gave us excellent service: price over the phone, eta of the arriving crew, time of completion. Everything was fast, polite and right. No "run-around", penny pinching or any other nonsense or BS. The job was done over the holidays, and I could not get any other company to come out or give me any pricing. From the time of a phone call to A & P Plumbing Unlimited to completing a job - 1 hour. Thank you A & P Plumbing Unlimited. Sincerely, T.

Dont bother calling them. They wont show up nor have the courtesy of calling you to tell you if, whenever their "technician" would show up. I called and the person on the phone said, "I will have someone right over". Two hours passed, so I called again. His answer was "I will check whats going on and call you right back". Here I am writing this review, about an hour and a half after he told me he will call me right. Save your time and call somebody else.

Called to have my water heater checked out, lied to me about fixing the problem. It failed again hours later. He then told me I would need a new heater that he would install on the side for $750. Clearly this was a scam so I told him I would get a second opinion, I payed another plumber 60 dollars to fix the heater and havent had a problem. I payed these guys 95 for nothing (could have been 750). Please be aware A&P Plumbing is crooked.
