I witnessed a company vehicle driving aggressive and dangerously. The vehicle was tailgating other drivers on a potentially icy road, swerving in and out of multiple lanes, cutting drivers off erratically (I counted 3 times it cut off one car in particular), speeding up in an attempt to not allow cars to pass, flashing their high beams, not changing lanes for a stalled semi that even had road flares out but instead swerving between both lanes with no signal, not leaving enough space for a plow - I seriously saw all this on one commute along I70. I was genuinely concerned and wanted to discuss this behavior with a supervisor so I called the store as soon as I got to work. I said, "Hello, I need to speak to a manager." To which the individual who answered replied with a barrage of obscenities and accusations about my own driving. Based on what I see online, one can only assume that this is the OWNER of the company, Ken Netzeband. To my knowledge this person and I had no previous interaction. With that kind of unprofessional behavior its no wonder Sundance tries to avoid online reviews - I found only one other (obviously negative) review for this business. Know that if you choose to do business with Ken that this is his temperament, maturity and professionalism.

Ken came and installed our Life Ionizer when I was too confused to see straight and ready to return the whole thing. Ken tackled this long user manual and did a wonderful job. Im so glad we now have Alkaline Mineral Water in stead of acidic water. I just wish I could find someone like him to install a unit in our home in Texas.
