INCREDIBLE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!! HORRIFIC SERVICE!!!! After an "Englewood Lock and Key" employee informed us that we could bring in a key to a store location for "car key duplication", I called this location to confirm if and when I could bring in a key to be serviced. The person answering the phone (female) was incredibly rude! When I asked if I could bring in a key for duplication her response was: "This is our home office location and we dont take walk-ins at this location. I dont understand why people cant understand this...!" then immediately hung up the phone before she finished her sentence.! When I attempted to call back to ask "which of their locations did take walk ins?" I could hear the callbeing answered and immediately terminated. Ive learned my lesson, Ill be avoiding this place for business in the future. Called the competition and got much better professional attention and service!

I have been here twice and wasnt really impressed. The keys werent really of a superlative quality and one of the older keys I brought in for duplication was a substandard quality when finished. Ok, I get it, the older key was worn down a bit and that makes is somewhat more difficult to do but when you only do one thing as an established business you should be able to work with the variables and deliver a correctly made product. Finally, the second visit here my keys took much longer to finish than I was told and even when arriving for the later completion time I still waited another 20 or so minutes for it to be completed. I wouldnt return here.

I have been using Englewood lock and key for 20-plus years, today I called with a simple question, the phone was answered by a young woman that could not answer my very simple question and instead of asking someone who did know she just brushed me off stating to bring it in and let them look at it this was a totally unacceptable answer I run an auto parts store nearby and was looking for an answer to my question for one of my customers I will no longer refer any of my customers to this place of business if this is the type of customer service they are providing over the phone

The people here are trained to approach issues a specific way and would not cooperate with what I had asked. I brought two of my own keys but the man helping me would not let me use both my own keys without taking the one that he first made for me. Then he overcharged me $8 for two key tags, I only noticed after the transaction went through after realizing the price did not sound right. Extremely disappointed in their service. I sat for 30-40 minutes without much explanation as to what they were doing while making my key for me.

Very positive experience, Ive been calling around locksmith companies to try and have some of my automotive locks keyd. This location was one of the few that even keyd automotive locks and their price was the lowest. Went into the store and the man there was very nice and helpful, he looked at the locks and gave me a lower price because of the way they were cut. I appreciated the honesty because I was willing to pay more anyway from what I was told on the phone.

I would highly recommend this company based on customer service. The office staff was friendly and informed me of who would be coming to help me and what the vehicle would look like. Tom was the technician who helped solve my lock needs. He was on-time, courteous, professional and gave me a quote before he did the repair work. I am very happy with the service and product I received today.

I came in today to get a key cut, it was a very custom job with very tight tolerances and was executed with excellent precision and skill. This key was made at no extra cost despite the extra work that went into it. They really did an excellent job! I highly recommend this shop!! Thank you!

I had two cylinder locks that I thought I needed to replace the guy Mike that helps me was a big help it was able to replace the key had problems with the key but still managed two make it work you guys saved me a lot of time and headaches thanks you guys
