needed a new cylinder lock and keys. Tech came and replaced lock and programmed new key ($220) Nothing worked. He fiddled with it for 2 hours then told me my car was to blame. Tried to get me to take keys and get it fixed then pay later. I told him under no circumstances was I going to pay for anything. My car worked the night before, except the cylinder lock was going out, but still it started just fine. Will go to dealer, forget locksmiths.

Called Tim when I locked myself out of my apt when doing laundry..I had just gotten home with $175 worth of groceries and now not wearing any shoes...the perfect time to lock myself out...NOT. EDDIE came to my rescue. I am so thankful that he took as much time as he did...the lock just wouldnt give...finally it did and now I am safe and sound again. Thank you Mile High and thank you Eddie...even though you are a Jets fan.

Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had with a locksmith company before, fantastic customer service! I had a real pressing issue and spoke to Tim on the dispatch who was great at calming the situation and got a tech out to me surprisingly fast. Ill definitely use Mile High again.
