It was my second time shopping in this Ace a couple of weeks ago and I was so impressed with the customer service. My first visit was to make some keys, which did work better than those made at another home improvement store. I was greeted at the door both times and was asked by several employees if I needed help as I was looking around while waiting on some glass to be cut. It was so refreshing not to "hunt and find" a staff member for help. Cudos to the store manager and staff for providing what is so needed in businesses now days.

First experience, I call and get Jennifer, a real actual human being instead of para espanol maque en tres or some other inhuman IVR system in a language that is not my countrys native language. She puts me on hold. No stupid, overly loud music, no intrastore marketing of services, silence. She comes back with an actual answer to my question. Am I dreaming? I have to pinch myself. Maybe, just maybe, this store is on to something called customer service

Aaron, whom I believe is the store manager, is the most helpful person I have come across in hardware stores. He knows a bit about everything and will do anything in his power to help you. Prices are average, but fair, it is a small business after all. I love this store and all the employees, they have always treated me with respect.

Everyone on staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Store is large and clean... very nice place to shop. The only negative issue is that they charge to cut wood, $1 per cut. I dont feel comfortable cutting 1×6s myself and other stores will do these few simple cuts for me at no charge.

Stopped by this location last week. The staff was extremely knowledgable and assisted me in selecting the grill Id been looking for in my price range. Also picked up some paint and Nick was nice enough to answer all of my questions. This store is run with absolute gratitude and grace.

Aaron is an employee to be proud of! Here again and his customer service over the top. Winter months he carried several bags of 50lb icemelt to my car and loaded it during a storm...I run the storage facilty down the street and come for all our needs because of him! Thanks Aaron!

I just stop at this store to look for some boults that non of the other stores had and the employees at Ace finded them for me in just a few minutes! Best store with best employees thank you so much :) It was the first time I visted the store, now it will be my first choise

I shop at this store all the time. Wanted to order some rose bushes for planting in memory of my mom. Ordered them got a call they came in to pick up. And the clerk put them in someone elses name Linda on them. Very upsetting after I made a special order. That is messed up.

Very comprehensive hardware store. I found what i needed quickly and was in and out. The price are very good and they have a large selection of outdoor furniture for a hard ware store. I will be coming back.

Large, well stocked, clean store and great selection of products. Customer service is top notch from all departments. Pricey compared to large chain hardware stores but located in a convenient location.

Ace is indispensable for all the little odds and ends that the big box stores wont stock. Particularly useful for fasteners.

Water heater needed a part that only Ace Hardware had in stock. Hot water is back the same day it went out.
