I dont make a habit of writing negative reviews, but it is warranted in this case. I have used them 4 times and had good luck until now, but i wont be back. I took in a piece of equipped to have the lock repaired, and when I picked it up an integral part was missing. I quizzed the young man behind the counter and he said he couldnt find it, but hed ask the tech about it when he came in. 2 days later I go by there to get it, and they cannot find it. The manager on duty was indifferent, just shrugged his shoulders and said "I dont know what to tell you". The gist is this, I brought an intact item in to be repaired, the item stayed in their possession until I picked it up, pointed out then that it was missing, they acknowledged that fact, and now dont seem to care. Based on how it must be removed, its my belief that a tech broke it during removal, and got rid of the evidence. Use your own judgment...if they make it right, I will change my review.

They were fast, super courteous, and very helpful. They even helped me afterwards when my slow butt couldnt get the new key to work. Im very glad I went to them instead of everyone else I checked out. They were more affordable, more polite, and would cut a key most everyone else in town refused to touch.
