Donovan Garduno is a LIFESAVER! We lost our key fob and even though we had a spare key, our recently purchased used car had an after market car alarm installed that was not programmed for the back-up key. The alarm went off and kept going off...and the car wouldnt start. Donovan was dispatched from Denver to Colorado Springs to handle. He gave us a few options to try, kept us informed while he was in route, and worked diligently to solve the problem. He worked with so many wires/connections and fixed the system so our key would work. He was AMAZING and went above and beyond!! Thanks Donovan for the best customer service - skilled and caring. I was housesitting for my son and daughter-in-law recently when I noticed their locks were not working well. I called Pro Tek and a locksmith came out the same day even though it wasn’t urgent. He repaired the locks quickly. I really appreciate that he didnt try to up sell me and put on new locks; this shows a lot of integrity, which is hard to come by these days. Had service appt wth Kyle - Great tech to work with - Presented him with a somewhat difficult automotive lock issue: - had - gotten a dup key make elsewhere would work all doors Would NOT work Ignition..... Got there at 12:15 gave him a run for his money ;o) finished 2:00 pm Tried scanning the key - tried pulling lock to get the Mfg Code CODE FROM LOCK total MIS-MATCH? ( 2 wafers reversed??) he Code on the cylinder cut a key totally mismatch for what I eve had finally raised (lowered) shoulder depth on cut - got two keys (ran out of blanks) that work Real Professional - Thanks again Appreciate it

The guys where swamped with emergency calls i was heading to there shop to get a broken key out my door on my truck they said they would come to me and when he has a guy availble in the next hr. He would text me i was up the road stoping seeing a friend they showed up didnt put me off on the back burner guy showed up got the half key out and and said no need for payment just write us a good review i still gave the guy the 25 to do the job all in all good service id recommend them and i would call them next time i need help with getting into my truck or anything in the industry

I called these guys in a panic when our garage wouldnt open and The kids and I couldnt get into the house. They could not have been more helpful and polite over the phone, and somebody was en route to my house within ten minutes. I found an open window 5 minutes later and called to cancel, there was no charge and still as polite as could be, Donovan even said "the important thing is that you got in safely". Will definitely save this number and use them in the future.

Called at 7:20am. Was told they would be there in20 minutes. I requested a different time. They were on time with a call before arriving to let me know they were still on time. Unfortunately due to the type of lock they were unable to break in. They offered to drill out the lock for no additional charge which I declined. They did not charge me for the call out, were courteous, prompt and it all worked out since my husband showed up with the key 2 minutes later.

Outstanding. Best locksmith by far I have ever dealt with (and I have worked with many as a real estate broker). Donovan programmed and cut a chip key for my car, took about ten minutes and was a great price. I tried to call five other locksmiths and they either couldnt program the chip or they wanted to charge a ton. Thankfully I stumbled onto Donovan and Protech. These guys are super pros, they are my go to for any locksmith job for sure from now on.

The latch on our front screen door was stuck and we could not get it open. I called Protech and within an hour, Kyle showed up and was able to unlock and remove the latch for us. Since the screen door was an older model, he had to pick up the replacement parts at specialty store. I was amazed at how efficient he was with everything and the services were very affordable. I highly recommend this company for any of your locksmith needs.

They showed up with in the hour, even though I was in the Mountains and it was a Sunday and it was a holiday weekedn. He got me the key I needed plus an extra one and one for my house all in 20 minutes. The price was over half of any of the online scams out there. Best locksmith in Denver. Unlock the car door in less than 3 minutes. Price is affordable. Open 24 hours so these guys will be ready anytime. Went to gym at midnight but forgot keys inside car so I call them for help. Unlocked the car very fast without harming the door much. Will call them again and recommend for my friends if they stuck in situations like this.
