After calling for an estimate on a Saturday morning I was happy to give Loc Doc my business. That was until my wife went in on Monday and they tried to charge her more than double what they quoted me. I considered going to another locksmith but I thought Id give Loc Doc the opportunity to redeem themselves. After messaging them about the odd business practice of different pricing for different people I was quoted a different price for the third time. Thoroughly confused, I walked in and requested the price I was told initially and they got to work making a new key until they realized they didnt have the ability to cut that key! How embarrassing! Im no locksmith, but heres my advice: 1. Stick to one price on an estimate for a job, not three vastly different prices. 2. Dont try to take advantage of a young woman trying to get a key made while her husband is working. 3. If your business is incapable of performing a task dont advertise that you can! I took my business to Jeremy at Discount Locksmith and for less than I was initially quoted at Loc Doc I got a key made in less than 5 minutes! He was a pleasure to deal with and appreciated my time unlike the con men at Loc Doc.

I called Corpus Christi Lock Doc yesterday letting them know I had three cylinders I need re keyed for an emergency situation and they told me to bring them right in and they could get them done. When I showed up it was a different story. They wanted me to leave my locks there because other people had showed up before I got there which is fine I understand that. That bottom line is I couldnt because of an emergency situation. So I said fine and asked the guy if he could just cut me a new key on the same key way and get me five copies. He said, "well if I am gonna do that I might as well re key the locks because that is most of the work". He was so full of it and didnt even know what he was talking about. I told him I would take my locks to a locksmith that could take care of my situation right and promptly. Someone told me not to call these guys but I thought Id give them a chance and it was just a big waste of time. I saw a HELP WANTED sign on the door as I walked in. My recommendation to Lock Doc would be to hire help that actually know what they are talking about. I do not recommend Corpus Christi Lock Doc to anybody.

I had the absolute Best experience here at Corpus Christi lock doc! The staff members are so patient, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed! Im so glad this business is still around. I am in my family have been customers lock docs since I was a kid! Its good to know that I dont have to go to a vending machine to get a copy of my key! Not to mention they have 24 hour emergency services and unbeatable prices. They offer a variety of different services and products. Including safes, remotes, and many other products and accessories! If you ever have any trouble with your car key, house key, safe key, or any other key for that matter. I highly recommend you pay them a visit, you wont be disappointed!

Jose did an outstanding job! One of the other guys were supposed to get this job at my hkuse but they were not punctual and did nit communicate very well. When I called CC Lock Doc they were very nice and able to schedule a time @6:10pm and showed up prior to that. (Big points in my book) Jose was very friendly and got the job done fast. Thank you so much. Next time I need any lock work done at my house I will deffinetly be using them. They have earned a repeat customer for life. And I will be reccomending them to every body that needs the same service.

When I accidentally locked my keys in my car in a local HEB parking lot, I didnt even have time to finish shopping for the handful of items I had come to purchase before Sergio was on the scene and had my car unlocked.
