I had the misfortune of becoming acquainted with D&J’s Towing, and their owner Shady Brady, on June 22 when I called AAA for a tow. D&J’s neglected to chain my car, consequently it launched down my driveway, through my safety barrier and down a cliff where it struck and destroyed trees on my property. Luckily my husband, who was standing nearby was not struck, he certainly would have been killed! Since the time of this neglectful mistake it has been a nightmare trying to get a fair settlement for the damages to my property as well as my car. Please look at my photos; they illustrate the condition of my car prior to a D&J’s tow and the condition after. Unless you are ready to scrap your car and deal with a dishonest creepy dude, avoid this place. Tell your AAA dispatch not to send D&J’s! Also, this man has entered my property without permission and invited local contractors to enter without my permission, unbeknownst to them! BEWARE of SHADY BRADY

By far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I was told to expect them to arrive within the hour and I sat there for just short of 4 hours before getting a call saying they were 30 minutes out. After the short ride to the auto shop I gave the driver my credit card info so they could charge me the next day, as they do not have card swipers of any kind. I get some snail mail from then about 2 weeks later saying they wrote down the wrong information and would need me to call them as soon as possible. I had planned to do so the next day after I got home from work, when I got home from work the next day and opened my mail I found they sent it off to collections. They made a mistake and decided to cause me problems and hurt my credit. In short the incompetence of this company is on an entirely new level. I recommend you avoid them at all costs. They are not worth the time or the headache.

If i could give them less than 1 star I would, I am currently in the process of suing this company, i called AAA for a tow and i got D&J towing, i told the guy hooking up my car that the bumper wasnt attached to the frame because it was in the process of being repaired, the guy didnt listen and attached it to the i ring that is it supposed to go to but since the bumper wasnt bolted to the frame, as he hauled it onto his truck the radiator and the support core for the radiator as well as multiple hoses broke, i told him to stop before he did more damage and he refused he took 10 more minutes while my car was hanging a foot off the ground to take pictures and he said "oh well thats what insurance is for" the company refused to take any responsibility not even enough to get me a tow to get the car the the mechanic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I dont have a lot of high expectations for towing companies, but this one is at the bottom of the barrel. Just another cog in the wheel, capitalizing on peoples misfortune. Even to the point of charging 2.25% on credit card transactions! As a small business owner, I find their business practices sleezy and unethical. A non-stop yelping Dashund behind a closed glass door creates the ambiance and adds to the classy warning sign hung on the counter: "I can only please one person a day. Today isnt your day. Tomorrow doesnt look good either." I highly doubt theyre capable of pleasing anyone, on any day. Heres an example of their extortion: $125 call charge $6/mile $30/day storage - regardless if the registered owner is physically unable to pick it up. I hope you will never find yourself in need of their services.

Paid for a tow to a garage and they broke my windshield. To add insult to injury, they avoided calling me back, called me a liar, and though I paid for the service they refuse to take ANY responsibility. They cannot figure out how to put their big boy pants on and conduct business in a professional manner. I am appalled at the owners audacity and child-like whining on the phone about his own legal statement according to him is wrong and poorly written and his driver was neglectful and did not do his job (owners words). I mean do you need my attorneys to draft your own damage waiver since you cannot again, put on your big boy pants and have a professional business? Get sued much?

I have had my vehicles towed by D&J Towing, and they have been the most professional and caring tow company have ever dealt with. One time I broke down and needed a jump I called them up crying, and they said that it was free of charge since I was in such a hardship and because I used them so many times. I would recommend them to anybody. Never once has my vehicles ever been damaged by D&J Towing they take good care of your vehicle you can count on them to deliver your vehicle in the same condition they picked it up in! I refuse to use any other towing company other than D&J Towing!! They are professional and customer service satisfaction seems to be their key goal!!

Ive used this business before and they are very courteous when hired; however, a month ago a large D&J towing truck used my driveway multiple times to turn around. Now I have a broken sewage line because the truck that fit two cars on its bed was too heavy to pull in my driveway. This errant driv er has cost me thousands of dollars.... I should have called the police that day. NOW IM SCREWED.

D&J is definitely not JUST TOWING. The service is great and the people are kind and amazing. For a single mom who had a small budget and needed help in getting a car so I can go to work. They did not hesitate to help and get a safe and reliable car that I need for me and my little one. I strongly recommend to do your business at D&J towing Evergreen.

I had a pretty bad situation happen as I was unloading my Scout from my trailer. The floor broke through and it got stuck on the frame. Brady came out in a reasonable time to where i was and couldnt be happier with the service he provided and the price was fair. Thanks guys i will definitely be using them as my local tow company!

My truck got stuck in my very steep driveway, our insurance company called about 10 of their contract companies, none of them would come up to where we live. We called D&J and they came out right away and were able to take billing from our insurance, they got my truck out quickly and without damage. Very professional and quick!

These guys are awesome, especially when compared to the L%$ Brothers who may be your only other choice. The driver was very friendly, explained the charges before he hooked up to my vehicle, didnt point out my obvious ineptitude, asked me to call if I needed help again. Waiting time was less 30 minutes!

I recommend doing your business anywhere else in town! The man I had to deal with was extremely rude, and was rough with my vehicle. Bad company, you better hope you never get stuck in evergreen and need a tow! Pay in cash as well, never ever use a credit card with them!
