I highly recommend him! My wife and I locked ourselves out of our house on a Saturday night. After working on the door some, we decided it was time to call a locksmith. We were able to reach him 11 PM on a Saturday night, and he came right over and within 30 seconds, he had the door open. He was highly respectful and considerate. Please use him whenever you need a locksmith! 12/31/16 - I am adding 5 additional stars to my review. I had to call him again because of another lockout situation. He was responding quickly when, in a fit of memory, I remembered the location of a key. I called him back immediately and, as always, he was very gracious. Dont use anot other locksmith in Lascruces except Cisneros. Hes the best! This is a 10 star review!

We waited a few hours for Roger to come to our house to change entire house locks because he was too busy. Its worth the wait. I am old and I think I paid $150 before to change our house locks and he wanted $200. I offered to pay his service call and maybe let my husband change the locks himself. I was surprised that he refused to accept the money. He said its free quote. He wont charge for his trip out to our house. When he said that, I could not let him leave but to let him do the job. We would call him again if we need locks changed. He was very nice, courtesy and integrity.

I got locked out of my moms 2013 Elantra at the MVD and started to panic. First Hing I did was call her and she said "Go figure it out". I called Cisneros and they were instantly responsive and helpful towards the situation. Roger showed up within 10 minutes and successfully unlocked the car in 3 minutes. He also shared some jokes and laughs witch made the experience so memorable and worth sharing with you all.

It was about 10 pm and I called 2 locksmiths here in las cruces and got NO answer. The 3rd locksmith I called was Cineseros locksmith. They are available 24 hours. Very reliable. They were very profesional and showed up promptly. Opened my truck with no problem. He even made me a spare truck key for free. Would absolutely recommend this locksmith over the rest.

Lowest price, AND they went over and beyond to cut me a new transponder key. My battery was weak from not being driven, so they 1. took it to to be charged, 2. took me to an appt I had, AND 3. picked me up and brought me home. They were polite, responsive, and professional! Very impressed!
