I would give no stars to this SOB....I was locked out of my house with my two children and got a 6:00pm appt with the Receptionist. Called back at 6:20pm to confirm my appt and the man on the other end told me he was TOO BUSY for me......I had already waited three hours.....Then he proceeded to hang up on me after I stated I had an appt.....the only reason this guy is in service is because Midland is a boom town with no real professionals..........

A lady, or at least I think it was a lady named Pat was very rude and denied me service saying they "were too busy" to assist me. Not a problem, sent my business for a major retail chain store to Basin Locksmith who gladly took the money. Avoid these people. Mean and rude people do not deserve your business or hard earned money.

Came in to get my key copied and they were having some trouble getting it just right. They finally got it but they said if it gave me trouble, I could come back and they would try again. They didnt even charge me. Great guys and would definitely come back again.
