Have had nothing but problems with both the tech that was sent out as well as the completely unprofessional "office manager" that I have had to deal with. Firstly, when I called to schedule the service call I specified the year and make of my vehicle as well as the fact that it had the smart key technology that allowed the key to simply be detected within proximity of the car. When the tech arrived, he said that he didnt know how to make a key for that vehicle because he couldnt find the port to plug the key into. I showed him that the push button start was removable and that gave access and he then proceeded to make a key and charge me $265 for something that their website shows they will do for $99. The key would work remotely with the remote start so he left. Once we tried to use it in the vehicle, the vehicle stated that it did not detect the key and shut the vehicle back off. This is clearly the wrong technology of key. The tech came back out and argued that this was good enough and we should be happy, but I told him that he could have his key back and to cancel the charge. He then left and I took the vehicle to dodge that did it for $200. Secondly, I have still not received a refund of the $265. I spoke with the "office manager" about this and every time I call she has some excuse for why I havent received the refund. I place "office manager" in quotes due to the fact that she is always on the phone with someone else or talking with someone else when you try to talk to her and it appears that she is managing everything, but the office. She is completely rude and unprofessional, and come to find out after calling 6-7 times now, she still has not placed the refund and now wants me to call back in an hour to remind her to do it. This is unacceptable and I would recommend that you avoid this place like the plague. You will be better off calling any other locksmith. This place appears to be fairly new and it would not surprise me if they are out of business in the short term due to the extreme ineptitude and unprofessional staff.

On October 30th, teamwork locksmith replaced a key fob for my Nissan Altima. They charged me $402.00. I willingly paid because I needed the key. Over the past month the key has been acting up - door not opening by the button on the door handle, but instead have to use the actual key. The car isnt recognizing that the key is inside and wouldnt start until I inserted it, etc. On Tuesday the 22nd, after my lunch break at home I was leaving to return to work and my key would not start. My car would completely not recognize the key and would not start even when I inserted the key. I called the company that afternoon after work and they told me that no one was available for me to speak to and would not help me. They told me to call the next day at 8 AM. I called the next day many times and was connected to a manager who over the last two days has done nothing but keep promising me a solution and no one shows up no one calls no one helps. Ive never experienced worse service in my entire life. Now Im having to go through AAA for resolution and will likely have to pay more money and Im going to back charge this company because they definitely have left me feeling like Im being robbed. Do not ever use this company for any reason - unless you really love throwing away money and getting the run around.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called Teamwork Locksmith when my key fob was locked in my trunk of my car. On the phone, the operator assured me that the service was affordable and started at $35 for opening a car. The operator would not quote a specific price for the service. When the locksmith showed up, he told me it would cost me $145 to get into my car. I was appalled at this price, as I have never heard of anyone paying more than $75 for a locksmith to unlock a car at a any specific location. I verbally stated that that price seemed outrageous and extremely high for the service to be provided. The locksmith told me it was because my car was "a high security vehicle." My car in fact is a 2017 Nissan Maxima. To unlock my car the locksmith used the old fashioned blow up pillows you insert between the door and the frame of the car--the same method a locksmith used on my moms Ford Explorer in 2001. I am writing this review because I am appalled at this companys bait and switch "pricing" as well as their inclination to massively overcharge and TAKE ADVANTAGE of a customer in a time of need. In addition, a blatant lie to my face about my "high security vehicle" is just insulting. Beware of this company. I highly recommend using someone else if at all possible.

David is the person I appreciate. He went out of his way to accommodate what I needed. They took great care ensuring that my 2012 Nissan Rogue key was correctly programmed and that it started my vehicle with no hesitation. David arrived quickly after I called Teamwork Locksmith San Antonio for a quote. There were a few glitches in a couple of the programming steps because of the complexity of the key. They worked until it was right and made me new keys and gave me best deal they could. He also said if you have any problems just call and we will make it right! It was a complicated job for the men yet they had tremendous patience and expertise toward the computer programming process, they aligned everything correctly and I am extremely pleased with the overall service. David gave us an honest estimated quote, and had awesome communication and was utmost courteous in all aspects. They did excellent job throughout the entire Service. Hard to find this kind of service anywhere nowadays. Will give my highest recommendation to everyone. Thank you Teamwork Locksmith San Antonio

I lost my car keys at work and called Teamwork Locksmith Inc. to use there surveys. As i was talking to them over the phone i was told it would be $110.00 and the tech would be there in about 15-30 minutes. At the time i just needed the key to get home. so 1.5 hours later a called them back to see what going on there the locksmith tech and i was told to sit tight and a technician will be there shortly. 2 hour after the first call i hear something from the technician that he will be there in half hour. so total wait time about 3 hour to get a non program car key from my 2006 jeep was $280.00. also as he was making a key for the car he was talking to me about how bad his day was going. im sorry but i dont care. I ask the technician to see an invoice or anything to see the cost brake down. he had nothing for me. if your website says $99.00 for a program key Fab Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. what was the other $181.00 pay for? (and a got a just a key)
