Storage renter beware! I am in the process of buying a condo in Greeley. However there was about a 2 week period from my closing date and when my apartment lease was up. I decided that it would be cheaper for me to place my belongings in storage and stay with family for the 2 weeks until my closing date. Being proactive and wanting to get a unit indoors, I decided to sign the rental contract a little less than 2 weeks before my move. In the interim, I had a co-worker offer me his garage to store my things in for free until my closing on my condo. I went back in and explained that I no longer needed the unit. I was offered no refund (since apparently that was in the contract I signed) even though I had the unit for just over a week. What a waste of $62. I was definitely not impressed with the girl I dealt with a the front desk. She didnt seem to be very confident about what she was telling me and was very disorganized. Im sure there has got to be a better place to store your things in the Greeley area than this place.

Call on a Friday to make a reservation for a trailer. Ask if they were opened on a Saturday. I was told yes. I went in to pick up the trailer and it of course was closed. Will never go there again and will make sure to let my family and friends know that this place isnt worth their time.

Rates may be a little high, but they arent beyond the expected for a gated storage complex. Key pad entry, and somewhat hidden even though it is on a main road. Have to share the drive with people working out from time to time, but all around great unit.
