The storage area was very clean and the rates or what I thought were the rates were reasonable. The staff were terrible, first the guy sold me a 3 week plan and said I could be late up to 10 days with no late fee. Well they charged me a late fee a week and a half into my contract and when I went to renew the contract the old lady there was absolutely terrible! She told me she was doing me a favor by renting to me again when I asked for another couple of weeks. And said I had to pay the next week and the late fee. Her name is Betty if you rent from there please beware that she is mean and rude.

BEWARE! Nice building and friendly staff. We kept our stuff here for approximately 3 months. Unfortunately.... after retrieving all of our household goods out of storage.... We found rat/mouse droppings and urine on everything. We had to throw out hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of clothes, shoes, family pictures, books, ETC. and spent hours having to wipe everything else down with bleach wipes. I have used storage units off and on for the last 20 years....and NEVER dealt with a rat infestation. GROSS!

weve had to keep storage here for probably a couple years now. we took up 3 of their largest units at first (finally down to one) but the staff has been really great. they worked with us in the past when moneys been tight and we did have to shuffle one unit after a car took out the unit at the end of the row but they were very good about working with use to get that done. they did at one time have a rat/mouse problem but they did actually take care of the problem rather then ignoring it.

I want to answer Tosha. I am sorry for your experience. Yes we did have mice for a short while. Another tenant brought them in in their stuff and as soon as we learned of the problem, we were all over it. We are as mouse free as a warehouse can be and our continuing efforts will keep it that way. It would have be helpful if you had told us about the problem while you were still here.
