So, this is not my first rodeo with Anytime Fitness. I was a member at the Loveland gym for over a year and a half before relocating to Greeley, CO. When I came to this Anytime Fitness, my key fob did not work. Amanda, their H2i, was (and still is being) SUPER helpful in figuring out 1) why my key fob isnt working, and 2) getting it to work. She provided me with a workaround solution, and has spent countless hours on the phone with security companies, corporate, and more. She has definitely gone above and beyond for me - just to keep my membership status with the Anytime Fitness brand for that 1 1/2 years + I have been an Anytime Fitness member. Id have been fine with canceling and restarting my membership, but she wanted to make everything right from the start. On the topic of working out - this is a great little gym. Keyword being little, but its not the size of the gym, its the utilization of the equipment. I can get everything I want done, its not over crowded, the members seem friendly, and its a great place to be. I enjoy going there. Id highly recommend Anytime Fitness in Greeley.

While the gym itself is adequate, I found the customer service (or lack thereof) to be extremely disappointing. Due to specific billing arrangements through a partnership with my company, I was not able to use any location at my discretion as most members are and as the clubs are advertised. None of these contingencies were disclosed at the time I signed up for the membership, and I found that several of my other coworkers experienced problems because Anytime Fitness is not able to coordinate transferring payments between their locations. The solution offered by their office manager was for me to cancel my membership and see what the rates are at another location. I followed her suggestion and cancelled my membership.

Love this gym and the owner is great! He even remembers you by name which is kind of impressive! It is a smaller gym but as long as you miss the after work hours when everyone goes, you should be completely fine. Ive never had an issue with it being too crowded for me to do my thing. On top of everything it is exceptionally clean, possibly the cleanest gym Ive ever been to! I never have an issue with waiting too long for any equipment and everyone is super nice so they would let you use it anyway if you asked. I love this gym and I will continue going to it until I move :)

Got a two week pass by "Liking" this gym on Facebook. Went there and the staff members who were in the office were eating, freezing with a space heater running and sitting in a messy office. There was a new staff member and a seasoned staff member. They were going over the free pass when I was then told that I had to put $40 deposit for a key and get it upon a return. They would not just honor the pass during staffed hours. Also the tanning-full gym package is not included. I drove out there for disappointment.

I love this gym. I can say with confidence that every time I go I will have the perfect work out environment. Other gyms in greeley are just full of drama and often my friends have complained of the judgement that has been passed on them from the other members and even the staff. I know I will never have that problem with Anytime Fitness

This gym is very clean, affordable, and accessible. Jason is helpful and they work to provide what you need to meet goals without pushing you to purchase or do things you arent interested in. The environment is fantastic. Its a relaxed environment where I can workout without feeling pressured or judged. I recommend this gym for sure!

This gym is (by far) the cleanest and most pleasant gym that Ive ever been to, especially in Greeley. Ive been in and out of other gyms before, and this place isnt even in the same ballpark. I love this gym, great access, great atmosphere! Small-ish gym, but never crowded and has a good equipment variety. Great staff
