Very mediocre. Honestly very disappointing considering the owner is from Miami & Cuban...how do you NOT make an authentic Cuban restaurant knowing what good Cuban food tastes like? The only reason this place does well is because it has no competition. Not trying to be harsh but as a Cuban myself...its a shame! They dont even get the coffee right, sometimes. I mean, come on...you can do better than that. Majority of people that visit this place have no clue what Cuban food taste like hence why theyre content with this place. Would love to see an actual authentic Cuban restaurant in Colorado...it would blow peoples minds! Cuban food is the best! The other issue with this place is how costly it is when you go to the actual restaurant. In other words, if you go just stick to the Cuba Cuba sandwicheria...if you go to the Cuba Cuba cafe & bar you will be paying for $20-$24 dollar entrees...lol. Not even the best Cuban restaurants in Miami charge that much. Im telling you REALLY good Cuban food doesnt cost this damn much. I would guarantee that if the owner actually wanted a good Cuban restaurant shed lower the prices and save more to make it happen. Instead this restaurant is all about taking your $$$ by teasing you with mediocre Americanized Cuban food. If this review is too harsh, sorry...but it kills me to know this owner is from Miami and charges more than top Cuban restaurants that ARE authentic! :(

I had the Pan Con Lechón sandwich and it was awesome! The Tostones were very good as well. They put an aioli sauce on the fries and the plantains thats is very good and very unique. I was very impressed with the quality of service and the food. I was also very surprised to find out that this is a locally owned and operated resturant. Also the GM was very nice and explained all the menu options. Restaurants come and go in this mall, and I hope this one if here for a while.

The food here is fantastic. I havent yet to try something I dont like. I highly recommend their tostones (fried plantains) and their Medianoche sandwich. It can get busy during lunch hour but if you go mid afternoon, you should be able to avoid most of the crowd. It can get a bit loud in the restaurant when theyre super busy but take-out is a good alternative to their dine-in experience. Ive ordered take-out several times and have not been disappointed.

First time in today, and it was everything I was hoping for: quick, clean, quality Cuban food. I love Cuba Cuba downtown, so I was hoping for the lunch equivalent, and I think this is it. I will definitely be back. Sweet plantains instead of fries! Yum! PS, the only reason its not 5 stars is because Cuba Cubas original is the best of the best, and I just cant rate it that high. But, on its own merits, the Sandwicheria is definitely 5 stars!

If you get there around 11 am you are good to go, any later they are BUSY. They are busy because the food is EXCELLENT. I had the cubano and cuban fries. The fries are shoestring cut and flavored with cilantro, garlic and I think probably lime. They were so good I didnt use ketchup and I ALWAYS use ketchup. the cafecino double shot was great as well and kept me from passing out at my desk afterward. Will definitely be back.

The food is so-so, and the service is sub-par. The guy who got my order to go, was rude, short, and not helpful. He kept looking at me as if he was judging me. Then, when I asked to add items to my order, he seemed bothered. The mojito was the only thing that was good. The pork sandwich was alright, the steak wrap was not bad, the steak meal was dry, but the plantains were ok. Will not be returning solely because of the service.

The sandwiches were really good. Id highly recommend it. Service was very friendly and fast. The Cubano, which I think is their signature sandwich, is really tasty. Ive had it a couple times and never disappoints. Their fries were solid too. Like most of DTC placed, it is a little pricey for what you get, but you get what you pay for... Really really good Cuban sandwiches.

Cuba Cuba is delicious! Its a fun place to go and the prices are very fair. I love the ensalada cubana because it has hearts of palm and crispy delicious pork. The pan con lechón is my favorite sandwich! Delicious pork with cole slaw. The sides are also awesome. I love the empanada and fries. You can get mojitos, 3 leches cake, and Cuban coffee ❤❤❤ go there!

Went here today and the food was just amazing! Everything was good great and very tasteful. What makes it even better is the price is just right for the amount of food you get. Wish I could of had a little more beans "like two spoons full" but still just the right amount on the plate with meat and rice. Ill probably be back tomorrow for round 2.

I was in Denver back in December 2015 for a couple of weeks (work) and this place was very close to the hotel. The food was great and holy cow they have a coffee called a cortadito that awesome. Great food, exceptional service and fantastic coffee! If you are near Cuba Cuba and you do not go by and get a cortadito then you are missing out.

Just go and eat there, you wont be disappointed. Great typical plates, affordable, and authentic. Friendly service, and they remember you. Its basically like the food back home in Puerto Rico as well, I love that we share most foods. En fin, de un mismo pájaro dos alas.

The food and service are great. Weve been here three times and its been great every time. Weve had the picadillo wrap, Cubano sandwich, pork sandwich, and steak and all were great. The plantain chips, coleslaw, sweet plantains, and tostones sides are also very good.

Nice atmosphere, food are okay , great prices , yes you should watch out with amount of fat and also too much garlic on fries and it comes frozen . So you may ask for a regular fries without tossing it in the garlic better

I felt like Im in Cuba even Ive never been out there, I like the atmosphere, food are okay, prices vary and yes it its too much garlic on the fries , but guess what its a lot better than too many Latino foods around.

Meh, its a good place to eat but Im not a huge fan of their Cuban. But Im from Florida so Im biased. Also, the place is small with limited places to sit. Nice design though and the other food was good.
